How is Hokuto GEMS Namba rated?

Really lovely experience here - beef and fried rice was superb and our servers were so friendly and lovely. Would recommend booking (we didn’t but the manager managed to fit us in!

Dinner sukiyaki with family. My little girl loved it. Excellence location next to the shopping street and street snack

Good value, excellent location. The beef was good quality with nice taste/texture and marbling. It’s so good, thank you

Sukiyaki Night

Very good and high quality wagyu beef. Staff were friendly and helpful and there is an English menu for us to choose from. The all-you-can-drink is a very good deal!

One of the best meals in japan

A unique experience with both truly incredible sukiyaki and a buzzing atmosphere. It is great for a communal meal where one can convene around the table. One of the best meals in Japan!

Lovely ambience and a chance to try sukiyaki

A wonderful meal, with authentic sukiyaki. Staff were really helpful and guided us through the process of cooking, as well as advising about safety with allergies (one of our party had a severe shellfish allergy and was safe), and we all thoroughly enjoyed it.

Awesome atmosphere with really nice wagyu steak!

Really nice atmosphere and if you can book a table in advance you must! The wagyu is gorgeous, go for the premium for the better experience as the marbling is of very good quality for the price.

Great experience

Great experience. The staff was friendly and they could guide us through the menu in English. We had dinner at the seventh floor where you are cooking your own dinner. Amazing to watch and very delicious to eat.

Spacious and tasty restaurant in busy Namba

Very nice relaxing spacious experience! Enjoyable and flavoursome! Highly recommended. Even the kids loved the food.

Rubbish service

After we were shown to our table we were basically forgotten about. Tried to order drinks and was told to wait. We waited and waited. The he placed only had a few tables in. The waitress just carried on wiping tables that were clean and...ignoring us. We got up and left, the place had a pretty unfriendly vibe to it.More
