You are paying for the view when you dine at a restaurant like Diamond Tony's, which is on the 85th floor of Taipei 101, the city's tallest building. The food at Diamond Tony's is adequate but perhaps not as good as one would expect for...the money you are paying. It's advisable to book ahead and request a window table.More

You MUST go to this restaurant! Best views and food in Taipei. Even the BATHROOMS have incredible views! To see the full video on this experience, plus my full trip, go to YouTube for Jillian Lawton 10-Minute Travel Tips: Taiwan.

Eat while you wait for window seat. Live music. Nice view. Birthday Celebration with a slice of cake and a card.

The view at high floor of Taipei 101 is good for sure. And the price for lunch is really reasonable. However, the dishes could be much more delicate. For instance, there's too much mayonnaise on the salad, making it tastes too heavy.

The enviroment is just perfect, the place, the music background, the amazing view from Taipei 101's 85th floor, is just amazing, I went there with my boyfriend and it's a really romantic place. I will for sure comeback.

First time to this restaurant. The location is first class and restaurant is supposed to be posh and classy. Is unfortunately like a snack bar. serving half pass 6 italian cuisine. The lousy atmosphere is cramp and badly furnished. This short coming however was compensated...by the attentive staff and pleasant service. Otherwise my dinner expectations and experiences were ruined. The staffs save our evening. The fish was bad.More

My wife and I decided to avoid the restaurants in our hotel and branch out. Great choice. Once we managed to get someone’s attention we enjoyed a lovely mean. Cost was £100 for two including service. The house wine was delicious as were the rocket...salads, the ravioli, the steam and the hot chocolate puddings. Highly recommended.More

The restaurant charges for the view, not for the food. Supposedly an Italian restaurant, our options were 2 fixed-price menus with only one Italian option each. Definitely unacceptable.

Went to attend company function at this restaurant. Food is average having the set menu with lamb racks and other appetizer . Found the meat is way too dry. The view is great as you on TOP of everyone in Taipei provided you have a...clear sky to enjoy. The toilet view the best for man toilet as I can tell! Great wine and drinks with great view..More

The setting was great with the amazing view and nice ambiance / music. The service was very friendly and even allowed us to move table to a window seat once the couple there left. The food was acceptable but a little overpriced especially for Taipei....I had chicken and my friend had pasta. I had a glass of wine and once finished mid-meal I was never offered a second one, I guess the Italian restaurant is using the asian style of service where you have to ask rather than be offered. Overall I was happy with the visit since I saw the view but wouldn't necessarily go back. Check out the male washrooms on your way out for another view opportunity :DMore
