This was a tiny store front with no seating. Thin rice noodle with pig intestine was their specialty. It was a popular Taiwanese dish. However, this was the worse version which I ever had. They continuously cooked a large pot of the noodle. The noodle...was over cooked and broken in very short pieces. The flavor was just average. I took one bite then threw it in the trash. I wanted to save my appetite for other yummy food. This was an overrated food stand.More

This noodle place is amazing, only if you like intestine. Theres only 1 choice on the menu with the only options being a small or large bowl. Noodles are very flavorful, broth is a little thick. My tip is to add a little vinegar.

This is a place that will forever be in my to-go list of eateries whenever I’m in Taipei, unless of course if they start opening a franchise in Singapore that delivers the mee sua at the same quality as in Taipei. I always order the...same large bowl of intestines mee sua, topped with at least 1 spoonful of their ultra spicy chilli sauce. And I will always walk out of the store, feeling extremely full, fulfilled with a sausage-looking lips because of the chilli.More

I described this as a comfort food. We went twice because it’s really sooo good (I don’t know how people can say it’s tasteless).

Beats me why this overhyped and overpriced place is crowded all the time. Just utter tasteless soup noodle. Can make a better one at home just by watching food channel.

All time favourite. Cheap & good but if u don't like intestine, u might not like it.. Comfort food for a cold & rainy day

Whenever we travel to Taipei, the first thing we do is to go straight to Ay Chung and dig in with their noodles.In Philippines, we call it Miswa.This is a must try in Taipei.
