We were recommended the restaurant from the B&B we were staying at (Le Clos des Terres Soudées), they said they were getting some amazing feedback from people that ate there, so we we gave it a go! We were told the restaurant was a one...man kitchen and the menu changes every week depending on what local produce is available, this excited us and also supporting a small local business make our minds up about going. When we arrived, we were escorted to our table in a very light and modern dining room, there were only about 7 tables and the personal touch became obvious straight away. Only speaking basic French myself, the waitress spoke some English and we decided on which menu we would have ( a choice of two) along with a selection of local Champagne for starters. This was where the journey began! Authentic French cuisine was something we wanted to explore and this was the place, each course was brought out and explained (the help of mobile phones with picture search helped!). Every dish was amazing, I usually don't do fishy dishes but but these were lovely, caviar, smoked fish, beef that just fell apart by looking at it and an amazing chocolate desert! This was Michelin star territory! If you are ever in this area please do try this amazing small local restaurant, you will not be disappointed!More

We were staying nearby and the hotel recommended this restaurant as it was the only one open in the area. It was an absolutely fabulous experience - a menu with no choice whatsoever (either three courses or five) which was beautifully cooked and presented and...excellent value for the quality of the food.More

One of the best restaurants in the Reims region. Great food, great service. Good price for quality. Go there early and walk around the vineyards. (If you haven’t have seen enough vineyards yet..)

We were visiting the Champagne region of France for our wedding anniversary, staying in Chenay near Reims. We saw Attis on Google maps right by our Airbnb and emailed them to see if they could accommodate 2 vegetarians. The chef/owner Benoit was very responsive and...said he would have a suitable 4 course meal for us. We were very happy and impressed with his innovative delicious dishes and the great service. We dined for 2 1/2 hours, enjoyed 2 two glasses each of great wine, and had a wonderful time. Our bill was about $100. We look forward to returning if are in the area.More

We were recommended to have dinner here and boy we were not disappointed! Simply stunning food, each course was wow!! Only two menus to choose from at fixed price, 3 or 5 course. We had pinot noir to accompany and that was stunning too. The...waiter was friendly and helpful, proudly explaining each dish in English, once he knew we were from the UK. The chef came out at the end of the night to say cheerio, a nice touch. Highly highly recommend!More

I went there yesterday together with my friend who is seduced with Chenay village and knew that there was a restaurant. We didn’t know what to expect but certainly we didn’t expect a restaurant of such a high quality! The place is beautifully designed, the...colours, wood, amazing view at the vineyards. The food was one of a kind, entrée full of surprising flavours, delicious dessert. I highly recommend this place. Pity we were the only guests during lunchtime.More

We enjoyed having dinner here. The food was creatively prepared, and the service was friendly. On the night we were here, there were only 2 guys working and they were "wearing many hats" (cooking, cleaning, bussing tables, serving tables, taking checks, etc.) This resulted in...it not feeling super speedy, but we didn't mind. We had the time to relax and kick back and enjoy a delicious meal with nice views. It's a small place with soul, and it's worth a visit. If you have vegetarians in your party, they can accommodate if you email in advance. Otherwise, you'll have to go with the flow and they will throw something together that will be good, but perhaps slightly overpriced for the offering. A nice little restaurant in a quiet village.More

We went for a birthday celebration and it had only been open for 6 weeks. Its fantastic the staff settled us in and we had champagne followed by a 5 course meal. Each dish was amazing, really well thought out and the cooking is exciting....Great find and we cant recommend enough. The views are spectacular looking over vineyards. Book quick before there's a 3 month waiting list as the locals will be keeping this place busy. Definitely on its way to stardom.More
