A really good find after a drive from Fuente De. We were looking for somewhere for a coffee, and stopped here. As it began to fill for the lunchtime business we decided to stop for lunch. Five of us in 3 sports cars were welcomed and none of us were disappointed with our food. I had Eggs, home made chips and black pudding (translated as blood-dough on the menu!). Bowls of local stews and soups were very popular.

Difficult to miss as it's the only building in the village. The views are spectacular and reason enough to go, looking back up at Piedraslenguas and then down into the valley. The food has a home cooked quality to it with massive portions of hearty garbanzos or huge chuletas. I wouldn't describe it as high quality but it's a tasty, enjoyable experience and difficult to leave hungry.

Run by four brothers - all bachelors. All food is locally caught/hunted. Great quality. In winter a fox comes in and lies by the fire. The owners put honey on sticks in the garden to attract the bears. A great place. Little English spoken

Average food, but terrible treatment...they rushed us to eat as soon as possible and after 40 minutes of being there they asked me to leave the high chair that my son had because there was another table that had a reservation and needed it, leaving me son without a high chair and he had not finished eating... we did not eat anything comfortable because they did nothing but hurry us... pitiful service
