Wonderful new udon set menu for dinner - definitely try the mentai cream udon set! That was the star dish - really outstanding! My kids loved the udon carbonara and udon bolognaise sets too! This funky modern Japanese food venue is just opposite the Rabbit hole pub attended so often by so many. I mention this because the place itself is not actually that easy to find and not particularly well sign posted. We enjoyed wagyu and other meats...on rice with sets that included excellent tempura . 3301 also has a dinner menu and is open until 8:30pm. It is family owned and serves Columbian coffee - where one of the owners originates. We came for both galettes and coffee before skiing, and also for dinner and beers and sake after skiing....The food, service and ambience was excellent, and also something very different from other restaurants in Wadano. As we ski in Hakuba quite nearly annually I can safely say we will be back again - probably on this trip! Highly recommended- especially for families too.More

we found this place on our third day in wadano and went back many times . the food is very good quality and the coffee is excellent id say the best in wadano . the restraunters do an excellent job of making you comfortable and...ensuring you have an enjoyable meal . the mix of salsa music and European food is relaxing . theres some excellent quality chocolate for sale and a few nic nacks sourced direct from Columbia .More
This is a wonderful little restaurant run by a couple (from Columbia and japan) - specializing in Columbian coffee. Delicious beef stew and lasagna, the tartiflette was fantastic - perfect after a day of skiing! Great coffee and pear tart to finish off the meal!
Had breakfast with the family and had great food coffee and even better service. 7000 yen for first class 4 adult meals and coffees. Had a takeaway meal here on our fist night which was also very nice.
A beautiful and warm spot in which you can feel a little bit of Colombia in the beautiful cover of Hakuba. Nice for chill and enjoy some good food
During my holidays is Japan I was invited by a fried to visit Hakuba! what an amazing place for outdoors activities, after the natural landscape which is gorgeous, the coffee at 3301 Hakuba was my favorite place, it's very well located, it is spacious and...the coffee is great.
