Perfect takeaway gyros. Really tasty, good size, tasted fresh and authentic. Also in a really nice spot in pyrgos, but a bit of a steep walk. Shane we missed the seated service but enjoyed the takeaway and there’s benches outside to sit anyway
We had 2 visits here, the 2nd obviously as it was so good first time around . First visit we reserved a table and asked if it could be with a great sunset view, we were not disappointed. The staff were very attentive, nothing too...much trouble. My wife has intolerances, which to make it easy for all the restaurants we tried in Santorini we had a screen shot in English and Greek. The food was excellent, the pitta was the best we have had all holiday. The portions are generous and the cost is reasonable. 2nd visit was for a takeaway , we had to have the gyros as this is what they they do best with awards to go with it. We were not disappointed again snd they again catered for my wife’s intolerances. We just had the 1 gyros meal to share it was plentiful for us both and a complete bargain at 14 euros. Lovely rooftop to enjoy a Gyros with a view of the village. Service was great and the waiters attentive and friendly. We stayed at a nearby hotel and we also grabbed some lunch to have by our private pool - again fresh and delicious. Prices...very reasonable and the place seemed popular with visitors and locals and there was always a queue which is a good sign.More
An amazing little rooftop spot in Pyrgos with lovely views. A short and simple menu with pricing that seems very reasonable for the location. Can't remember when I last (if ever) had a stick pita as I'm not really a fast food person (and this...is Greek fast food - though at its finest!) but it was absolutely delicious. I had pork stick pita and husband had the chicken. Service was very efficient especially considering the waiter had to run up and down a flight of steps with EVERYTHING. Cannot recommend it highly enough if you want to break for the world's most delicious sandwich along with a wine or beer.More
We come to Santorini loads and love trying new gems and thought this was one. Busy, clean and friendly. Just a bit disappointed when we paid and they rounded it up. Not by alot but its the principle .... I'd have tipped more anyway. Maybe...just charge what the price list at the door says? 🤔More
We tried several restaurants during our week in Pyrgos and this was our favourite by far. The dishes are straight-forward Greek classics made with good, fresh ingredients. We tried the delicious gyros (best we’ve ever had) and also the plated dishes (various kebabs with fresh...salads). They were all delicious and the large portions helped to fuel our perpetually hungry teenage boys. The roof terrace restaurant also has great views of Pyrgos and the waiter is very efficient and professional. Some of the other restaurants in Pyrgos may have more ‘frills’ but we frequently felt like we were being overcharged for quite average food. Kalliston on the other hand was unpretentious and good value for money.More
What a little Gem hidden from the high street. Food was lovely and really well priced. Views are to die for and if your looking for somewhere to see the sunset then this is it. Staff are friendly and very pleasant. Food is great but...not too extensive, but quality is great. If your looking for Greek local location this is it. Lovely!! John & Sian UKMore

Excellent gyros. We were taking a stroll through Pythia and stopped for gyros. We were not disappointed, indeed it may be the best gyros in Santorini. Five stars from my side
