Prices 1/2 compared the "Touristy Venice" ! Pizzas were perfect. The Menu of the day, recited from the managers pad, was a simple 2-course menu with sparkling water and espresso thereafter was Euro 13.00 a head. Yes , you read 13.00, that's right! Spaghetti with...garlic and chili, then perfectly grilled chicken breast with salad/potatoes. The plates of food the surrounding guests were, having looked good too. And that's why the local "Cop Shop" was eating here lunch and dinner!!! We must have been in Italy's safest restaurant at the time. At least 15-20 armed Cops where here at the time, to have a meal. Nobody dared to eat Pasta with a Knife (I think they would have arrested anybody if ... HA- HA).More

Had an evening meal here as this was local to our hotel, food was really good quality, we both had fillet steak and it did not disappoint, good local wine at €10 a litre.

As with other reviewers, we were staying at a nearby hotel before an early flight out of Venice at the end of a trip. For us, within walking distance. While many customers seemed to be locals well known to the staff, the staff were very...friendly to American travelers and very helpful as we selected what to order. Paella, Greek salad and a great tiramisu to end.More

Our last night in Italy after a 9 day cruise and two nights in Venice we stayed at an airport hotel and dined here, only a few minutes away. Friendly service and very tasty food..We were not disappointed.

I usually eat at this restaurant when I am travelling out of Venice (VCE) with an early morning flight. In November I was here with my 82 year old mother. We had an amazing seafood dinner with some great wine, good service and good price....Will definitely go again. The pizzas are excellent.More

We had a one night stay in the area before a morning flight. Walked from the hotel to find a restaurant and happened upon this place. I knew it would be good when I saw many police officers eating there! Very good salad and pizza....Friendly service and outside seating.More

Great calzone (called closed pizza) stuffed with mushrooms, ham and cheese- the house speciality. And the profiteroles were delicious as well. Close to hotel and so glad I had TripAdvisor to recommend this restaurant

We were stopping locally to this place and thought we would give it ago. Food very reasonably priced drinks were very good value. Food was good quality and large portions. After visiting the local area probably 7 or 8 times over the last few years...shame I have not found this place sooner. Staff were friendly and welcoming.More
