I visit the Al Sultan daily. we almost love the arabic lentil soup, the most crazy waiter ever "Mando" and the fresh juices. The Music is chilling and depending on the saison from Thursday to saturday live. Belly dancers and amazing lightshows are everytime crowd-pleaser:) the shisha ist also good,but sometimes they need to renew because of too hot tobacco.its an amzing view over the Port and the sea and its beautiful ships.In the past it was better to pay in egyptian pounds because of not the best exchange rate.I would love to have some peanuts or other nuts, the popcorn is also very good, anyway. Its every evening a nice stay to end the day and we will visit them again and are very excited.

Great place for a drink, shishah and to chill

We love visiting shishah lounges wherever we go, and really enjoyed this one. It's just what we like - very chill atmosphere, good drinks, and service that's friendly and attentive when you want them, but leaves you alone otherwise. Very reasonably priced and in a great location - def recommend stopping by if you just want a drink and to chill for a bit. We didn't eat here - just drinks and shishah which is why i didn't rate any of the categories

Great service, good food and reasonably priced (for the area)

Excellent restaurant. Over our week long stay in Port Ghalib, this was the place we came back to the most. We enjoyed both lunches and dinners here throughout the week. Understanding that most of the area is quite touristy and therefore quite overpriced, I can vouch that Al Sultan was the most reasonably priced (comparatively speaking) and we enjoyed the food there very much. Staff got to know our faces and always welcomed us warmly. We found the more authentic dishes quite good and even was able to grab a quick sandwich and fries for a small lunch. Burgers are quite good. And the cheeseballs (sort of like mozza sticks) were great too. Again, not the cheapest place in the world, but in relation to everything else we tried out in the Port Ghalib area, we found it reasonable and ate the most here. Highly recommend.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Port Ghalib/Marsa Alam. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order, I am always delighted with my food and Beverages! The waiters are great too and always efficient, happy and polite. Amazing location, beautiful view, beautiful atmosphere 😍 VERY CLEAN ❤

The diner and lunches that i had where all very nice. Good taste and fresh. Good prices for good food. The beer is cold and draft Heineken. There is also a bartender who makes nice cocktails. Only the beer is a bit overpriced but ok its imported. The waiters are young and don't have a lot of expierence. But everyone do their best.

Everything is just right here. Ambience, service, food, drinks, shows. Located right at the left entrance to the harbor, no smell of diesel from the ships. Very attentive, friendly team, fantastic cuisine!

Al Sultan’s employees and atmosphere is always heartwarming and welcoming. Everyone here is great, amazing place to chill listen to music and great entertainment. Also, the food is great amazing selection and variety from fresh seafood and more. Defiantly will be coming back here again!!

Beautiful views

This is a lovely place to have a casual aperitif. It is situated in a lovely position with views across the water to a peninsula where you can watch camels being ridden and the lovely mountains are in view also. Mando is a very helpful member of staff.

Great time and excellent meal

I had a great time at the restaurant. Very beautiful setting with sea view and DJ in front of the restaurant. The food is excellent and the service is very friendly. We were even treated to a fire show. The servers are attentive and very kind, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very good family restaurant in port Ghalib. Good atmosphere, overlooking the port. The food is very good and for all tastes and Egyptian dishes are delicious. I only put 4/5 because I did not taste the whole menu!. Thank you Ahmed for your hospitality.

Great place, great food, great atmosphere.. Went there for dinner with my wife it's in a very good spot on the marina.. the staff was very helpful and friendly.. great music they do. We enjoyed it very much, welcoming all time from all the staff and the drinks were very good also... For us it was the best in Port Ghalib

Best Camel Steak, really lovely atmosphere

I love a meal in Al Sultan. I always have the camel steak and it’s the best. I’ve visited with friends and family many times and always have a lovely time. The restaurant is comfortable and high quality but friendly and welcoming.
