Extremely rude restaurant staff - advise to get customer service lessons

The hotel reception was very welcoming and very helpful. However the bald gent in the restaurant needs some basic lessons in customer service. He was extremely rude. How the hell did he get to work in the hospitality industry? Didn't bother to eat there after...his dismal display.More
