Lunch and Life are good at Ketch

Well lunch and life don't get better than the Singer Island Hilton hideaway Ketch Restaurant. We had lunch at the breezy bar overlooking the beach, and ordered the best Blackened Mahi Tacos we have ever had. With a generous filet of mahi, chipotle aioli, a very fresh pico de Gallo, and cheddar on a flour tortilla and a side of house slaw, lunch just got great. We actually had enough to eat by sharing, since the platter arrived with two fat tacos. Bartenders Brendon and Jessica are excellent, pay attention to detail, and never make a person feel rushed. LG all around.

Good food but limited menu

I am not sure if the menu was limited because of COVID or not. The food was good, portions generous. The Mahi was grilled just right for fish tacos and the NY strip was cooked perfectly. There were a lot of choices for breakfast, including a buffet, and a good variety of lunch food. It helps that you can eat outside and enjoy the ocean breeze

Lunch with Wife and Friend

Went to Hilton on Singer Island. Ketch for lunch with my wife and a friend. Ate in the bar area at Ketch. Not busy at all. Service was excellent. Thank you Jessica. Our food was also excellent with generous portions. We try different restaurants in our area and this is not a go to restaurant for this area as it is in a hotel.

Convenient location for hotel guests

Ate dinner and breakfast at their outdoor restaurant. The food was good - I especially enjoyed their cheeseburger - and I loved hearing the ocean waves breaking just over the hedge. Unfortunately they have let the foliage grow too tall and I couldn't see the beach from where I was seated - even when seated at a high table. The staff was pleasant but they seemed to be a little short staffed. The biggest detriment to the experience was the loud noise caused by rolling carts wheeled through the area multiple times throughout both meals.

Went there Katch /Coconuts on the Beach for lunch.

Went there to Coconuts for lunch. They weren’t very busy but the service was awful. Got our beverage then didn’t see our server for 15 minutes to take our order. Limited menu and I’d rate the food 3 stars. Asked about dinner in that Hilton and we’re told that the restaurant was open. We went back for dinner but the restaurant was NOT open. They showed us to a table where we had lunch I the bar. We left. N

Very friendly bartenders and great wings

We stayed at the Hilton and they have an outside bar. We decided after diving to grab a bite to eat. We chose wings and they were very good with nice views. We would definitely return. The only downfall is they stop service at 6 pm.

excellent for snacks and be at the beach

We stayed at the Hilton and had snacks or appetizer and drinks at the outside bar the fish dip and chicken wings were good . very relaxing before you head out to dinner The service is good and try to accommodate even if they are near to closing

What a disappointment

Stop by here for lunch it was called Coconuts on the Beach however the menu said the Ketch. Seating was out by the water however with a bad knee there was only one table that was regular height which then you can not see the water so that was disappointing there was absolutely no decorations on the wall,not one single item, the food was average nothing to brag about the bill I thought was overpriced for what you get however the waitress was super nice I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone there’s certainly no atmosphere I’m gonna score this place a three and that’s being generous

Got to hotel pretty late and ate at the hotel. It was really average. Food was okay. Wine and liquor selection VERY limited and not on the good end.

Breakfast at the Beach

We had missed the buffet, as they close it down an hour earlier then their breakfast hours. This was unknown to us until we attended, and no buffet on the weekends, as we found out when we arrived earlier the next day, but the made to order breakfast was great. We ordered omlets, and they were good. The pancakes were also good. The staff was tip top.

Full Breakfast Buffet Worth the $$

The breakfast buffet had lots of options and a cook to order station with a chef that cooked eggs the way you want them, omelettes and waffles. Buffet had bacon, 2 kinds of sausage, scrambled eggs, grits, oatmeal with lots of topping options, dry cereals, breads, bagels, with spreads and jams, fresh fruits, at least 5 breakfast pastry options including croissants! Staff was friendly and attentive with juices, coffee, water and teas. View was decent of the pool area.

Dinner with a view

They had amazing food choices!! My hubby enjoyed the fish and I had crab cakes.... Felt the prices were fair given quality of food.
