Best meal ever! This was by far and away the best dinning experience we’ve ever had. We treated ourselves to the 15 course tasting menu paired with the wine and enjoyed 3.5 hours of the most beautiful food to grace a dinner plate. Staff were...really friendly and Martins nephew even gave us a tour of the kitchen to see where this magic was made. An absolute must in San Sebastián if you like good food. The experience exceeded our expectations. We chose the ala carte menu because we wanted a quick and memorable lunch. We were out of the resto in 3 hrs and had enough time to drive around and enjoy the coastal scenery. The service was friendly and...impeccable. The food was on point. Everything was just perfect. Attentive but subtle staff, beautiful location and superb food. The olives were a nice surprise, I squealed with joy even on the second one :) I'm usually not a dessert person, but the lemon basil was one of my favourites! Super fresh and elegant. It...was also my favourite wine pairing, what a match made in heaven! We were a bit disappointed that Martín was not there, but learned that he is recovering from a knee surgery. He was sweet enough to leave a present for us, and we love the book! If I ever get the chance to come back I will! Best restaurant experience ever!
