Had a really nice lunch with our guide sergey before our tour of mir castle. Staff were very friendly. Very authentic belarusian food at very reasonable prices.

We came here for lunch as part of our tour to Mir Castle. We had a warm greet from the waitress who sat us and immediately brought soup, bread and tea to our table to be followed by a beef stew and excellent potato pancakes...with sour cream. The place was immaculately clean and overall a great experience. Everything tasted well!More

Ate here one lunchtime after visiting the nearby Mir castle, which I found over restored and furnished with whatever could be found. This however felt a lot more rustic and real with a lot of classic Belorussian dishes . Enjoy.

This is the small cafe close to cathedral, in the historic building. We choose some local food, two of them were delicious. This is “Draniki” and “Mochanka”(Draniki with fry pork, onion and sour cream souse in the pot). Good personal, just good and simple. Minus...for me, they are cooking dishes with cheap ketchup(((More

Ate here as part of a group and I was quite pleased. The building is very old and the dining room very atmospheric, the service was attentive and quick also. We had some tasty appetisers with pork fat and gherkin and some good berry flavoured...vodka. The meal was sausage and fried potatoes with a good borscht to begin. It was simple but tasty. Good clean loo also.I think you might struggle as a vegetarian here though.More

This place was a lifesaver when everything was closed. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We went more than once and would have gone again if it wasn't privatized on our last day. Plenty of choice

During our two week trip in Belarus it was definitely the place with the food we had there. We took our time to have appetisers, sups and main dishes. It is mid-range restaurant (although, same price as cheap eat in Minks) so the food was...simple but delicious. We especially recommend Svinina koryeyka, Belorussian carpaccio, solyanka and borshch.More

My tour guide recommended this restaurant to me and it had delicious food. I ordered a chicken dish with potatoes and salad. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. On a warm day, they have outdoor seating and the Mir castle is visible with...good Kodak opportunities. Prices are reasonable. Good to have lunch here and visit the castle afterwards.More

This is the 3rd time I have been to this place. The first 2 times were over 7 years ago, when my wife was pregnant with our daughter. The cafe has not as much kerb appeal as the other one that has views of the...Castle at Mir, but go inside and the food will surpass expectations. The upstairs was full of tourists from Russia, and we were guided to the cellar. Our orders were taken straight away, and the food arrived as is normal in any good EU/UK eatery within 10-15 minutes, piping hot, delicious and very well presented. The bill for 6 different dishes was about £12 and the service which is highly unusual for Belarus, was amazing. My congratulations to the owners and staff, if and when more Brits come to Mir, I hope they find you as hospitable and professional as I did. Machanka 10/10 Lovely Borsht 10/10 Yummy Cirniki 15/10 The best I've ever had My wife and daughter also enjoyed Thank youMore

We were group of 8 people stopping there for lunch. We got there super-tasty, home production food (ham, sausages, meat), big portions and everything fresh. The service was very nice and friendly! Highly recommended :)

We were group of about 12 cyclists, hungry and impatient :) And in this Cafe they managed to serve everything in time. I guess just one table got another coffee they didn't order, but that's quite possible in such conditions. The food is tasty, service...is good, prices are average and the place in general is good for having a relaxing pause in the middle of a hot day.More

While staying in the hotel in the Mir Castle we looked for a restaurant in the village. Our expectations were not high when we ended up here, but the food was really good (and cheap as well). The waiter suggested a carpaccio of very thin...slices of bacon, as snack with our beer and than I had some really nice sausages with potatoes. It tasted delicious. And there was no loud Russian music here. And we could sit outside!More
