In order to take advantage of the good weather we decided to have a trip to Reeth in the gorgeous Yorkshire Dalesafter a good pootle about we decided on a spot of lunch at the Kings Arms......
Absolutely fantastic ,a very friendly welcome from lovely...staff in this dog friendly establishment, we ordered drinks which came with a little bowl of bacon and a bowl of cool water for our Jack Russell Luna....
Food was ordered from a very extensive menu and arrived not too long after.A really generous portion and very well prepared....after a truly excellent repast we paid and were ready to leave when the Manager asked if we would like to take home some more bacon in a baggie for Luna to have later...
Cannot reccomend this establishment more highly, thank you.... And as Arnold would say ......I'll be back.More
We stayed 2 nights here, what a wonderful place, the staff are very friendly, they cannot do enough for you, and our room was beautiful, fully relaxed and a really great sleep. The food is fabulous, very reasonable and delicious, highly recommend you stay here,...thanks Gina and Phil had a wonderful time, hope to see you again soon xMore
We are currently staying in Reeth for 1 night and decided to have a drink after our walk. Looking at the menu there were no vegan options but we decided to stay for a drink.
When we ordered I did ask if there was anything...suitable for vegans as nothing was on the menu and was told there was two, one being a ragu and the other a curry. I opted for the curry and was not disappointed, it was very tasty.
The service was excellent, very friendly and efficient and I would definitely recommend but I would advise they do advertise they do cater for vegans on the menu as they do for gluten free.More
Absolutely fantastic hospitality.
Room was filled with love and beautifully decorated.
Our meal was delicious and Georgina and Phillip couldn't do enough for us.
This is an absolute must visit.
We definitely will be returning ALOT.
Thank you for your incredible service.
Absolutely loved staying here. Such a warm welcome. The room was absolutely immaculate. You can tell its been recently refurbished.
The bar area is well spaced with outdoor seating available to enjoy the sunshine.
The food was brilliant. Wide choice of varieties available. And they...have Doombar. What a bonus that was.
Will definitely be coming back again.More

Very welcoming, lovely food and service and our dog got a welcome bowl of ham, sausage and dog biscuits as well as her own bowl of water,Kids got a cup full of sweets too. Food lovely and very reasonably priced ! Would highly recommend
Can’t rate this place highly enough, had booked a table, on arrival we were greeted with warmth and taken to our table. Ordered drinks and food. The food was really lovely (fish was so fresh), massive portions and the service very attentive. Our dog was...given a bowl of ham and biscuits and a bowl of water! Attentive hosts, lovely atmosphere in a beautiful old building. Covid measures in place made me feel very safe. We will definitely return to this gem in the Dales, highly recommended.More
Stopped for both a couple of beers on arrival in Reeth. Fair selection of real ales and the barman was chatty in a deserted pub.
Evening meal was different - a busy restaurant. Luckily we had booked a table.
Tracy was a delight - happy,...chatty, and efficient. Was her first day on the job - don't lose her Mr. Manager. Sadly the food was not up to the standard of the service. My burger was very poor quality and greasy. Nice bit of salad, but the blue cheese was unmelted. Was curry night and my friend described his curry as "mediocre and out of a jar". A pity as a good pub.More
