The place is elegant. The service is first class and some dishes are prepare in your table. The menu is full of flavor and surprises. It was an amazing culinary experience.

High-end restaurant with tasty and finely prepared Spanish food. The restaurant is however located south of Madrid, in Valdemoro, which is off the track of most visitors to Madrid.

It surprised me, but not because the food, they have the “good idea” to offer you some extra ingredients to include it in the meal (paying extra money of course). My reaction was… really? Are you kidding me? is the meal not finished? If so,...why that ingredient is not included in the meal? You are a Michelin star restaurant, not a bar around the corner. After this bad experience, I have doubt if they deserve the Michelin star. They do not deserve an opinion about the food. Obviously I don’t recommend it and I will never come back.More

We went for an experience of a family festive lunch - and it was worth it. Easy going environment that allowed us to enjoy different kind of food. It was not all great and perfect. But...it was very good. Plus, you have to be brave...to open a restaurant. You must have courage to fight for a Michelin star. And to do all that in Valdemoro, you must have "un par...". Ole!More

In a lovely location, in this little town some 15 miles from Madrid, stands Restaurant Chiron. Beautiful inside, very nice food (Michelin star), an explosion of different flavours which make your palate come alive. This was an experience rather than just a lunch. However I...did find the service a little stale, they were not informative enough about the food and were very serious and formal which made me a little uncomfortable. That is just my personal view of course. In summary, I will return for the Peking Pork and those glorious strawberry donut cheesecake.......More

Outside of Madrid is this restaurant managed by two brothers, the chef and the chief of the Sala and Sommelier as he called himself. Great guided menu, good prices and a marvelous wine cellar. Small sitting so call in advance and perhaps you could talk...to them and know their family history in The FOGONES o la COCINA since it was theis fathers restaurant.More

Top level experience in this modern and sophisticated restaurant, in a small city south of Madrid. Personnel quite professional and food presentation at the level of the best french restaurant. Surprising food, looking sometimes like molecular food. Really t op level

It is located in the heart of Valdemoro, a small village in the south of Madrid. The restaurant is sophisticated, the staff very proffesional and kind. You can appreciate that all the ingredients are fresh, well-presented & served. They have also a wide variety of...wines. The perfect place to feel the Spanish gastronomy. I highly recommend the morcilla's yogurt.More

Its not a regular salmon tartar, the fusion with the asparragus cream made it special. Wide, and wonderful wine menu, they surprised us with a German wine that delighted us.

We went to Chiron in March for Father's Day, and got the special tasting menu. All of us (6 people) agreed that it was an average restaurant. The food was just ok to good, service only ok (not very experienced staff, at least our servers)...and the place wasn't very fancy nor pretty not... anything special. I suppose they've had better days.More
