Our meal and service was exceptional, made better by our host & chef owner-Stipe, (probably misspelling his name) - After the meal he took down too see his huge Austrian wine barrels which were empty, he proceeded to crawl inside and started singing. The glass time lined barrels created an erie sound that I will not soon forget. When you visit this place, be sure to ask if you can see the wine barrels in the cellar.

First of all bravo Stipe, because he was open in mid november, a low season period, on a week day. Second, food was good and freshly made, I had a good plate of mixed appetizers and a t bone (that is cooked on the grill in the yard left of main entrance). Portions are abundant, and service was friendly. Komiza is always a place to visit , and the island of Vis is always great to visit. I was there with an offroad bike, so I could travel the gravel roads of the island and visit its most remote corners.

Restaurant is perfect for everyday visit. Prices are reasonable and food is very good. Tuna stake and Papalinas were great. Their pizzas are also very good. When we didn't have a reservation in any restaurant, Robinzon's to go option was always a choice :) Staff was always friendly and helpful to us. Reservation highly recommended.

We visited for a dinner with reservations (call before arriving) and had fish. Staff was very positive and kind. Wine was also good. Music and atmosphere were cool too. Things I’d change is, accept credit cards (they accept only cash), I would order pizza because I saw people having it and it looked amazing for less then 7euros (I was hungry after fish due to not well sized portion of vegetables on side). Note that prices are very good for center of Komiza in the heart of tourism in Croatia. Their homemade liquor was on the house as gift and nice gesture! 👌

Konoba Robinzon was our first choice for dinner in Komiža. Cold appetizer was a mixture of salted fish and octopus salad seasoned with domestic olive oil. It was pretty good, but there could have been more octopus and less tomato in the salad. For the main dish, we ordered grilled tuna steak and orata (gilt-head bream), a fish tipical for the Adriatic coast. The orata was excellent but the tuna steak was so over cooked and dry that we ended up feeding the restaurant cat with it. The place is nice, the terrace was partially covered so we weren’t scared of the rain. Staff was nice and friendly and the wine was very good. I would recommend it if you want a non expensive fish dinner in Komiža.

We had grilled sardines (they were great) and grilled squids which were the worst squids we ever tasted, I wouldn't recommend. Red wine of the house was very, very good and not pricy. Generally good restaurant with nice atmosphere.

We were a party of 11 that made it difficult to book for. The owner made sure We could sit together. The food was amazing and a great price. The owner especially got cider in for one of our party. We ate here 3 times in a week as there were lots to chose from at a great price. We ordered the speciality Peka which needs 24hrs notice and it did not disappoint. Highly recommended

A nice small establishment quite in the center of Komiža and yet privately placed in a patio of an old building. The service was most welcoming and kind and relaxed. For starters we had an octopus salad which was a bit too seasoned with vinegar and could have been done much better. However the rest of the meals were excellent. We had sardines on grill with potato salad and quite decent beef steaks. The house wine was also ok.

I've been eating my way around the island for years but I never stopped by this place before. It was a pleasant surprise to say the least. Located in a tiny garden with lots of fairy lights creates a perfect atmosphere. The food is delicious and well seasoned, proper local too. We had the robinzon plate for 2, grilled calamari and lamb, with some wine. Perfection! And it only cost us 50$ which is far cheaper than some of the nearby places.

Absolutely fantastic! This family running restaurant has an amazing atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like at home. The highlight of the menu is their delicious octopus under ash bell - a must-try! The friendly staff and charming ambience made our dining experience truly memorable. Five stars all the way!

Everything was great! We tried almost everything on the menu - lamb, sea bream, sardines, octopus stew and pizza. Everything was fantastic. The house wine is solid, the staff is very friendly. We definitely recommend it.

A very nice, cosy restaurant slightly off the water in Komiza. Very nice service, really good food to good prices. I can recommend tuna steak and the local potato salad that comes with it. If visiting Komiza, you have to eat here.

Nice and cosy atrium konoba in the centre of Komiža. One of the few restaurants around that offers everything: delicious food, big portions and honest prices. Grilled sardines were fresh and tasted exceptional, mixed grilled meat (6 kinds!) was juicy and rich in flavour. Also the local red wine from island Biševo was really good. The staff is helpful and kind. Total package!

Great place, outer part of restarurant is odd but cute. Fish was great (tuna and orada), only if there was more vegetables with it. Prices are pretty good. Waiter (Mladen) is great guy, he was constantly joking with us and at the end we were treated by him with the liker from carob (rogač).

Amazing time there, good food, good atmosphere and very good people! I went there with 12 of my friends, we were really well received. It is a small quiet restaurant between house, they cooked all they grilled stuff outside and that bring a really good parfum.
