Definitely a “must visit” location in Niseko! We went for lunch just before 12pm and only had to wait about 10mins after taking a ticket. The service was really quick too. We both had ramen (my husband’s was the jumbo with miso soup and it was massive). They were both absolutely delicious!

Spent a week in Niseko and came to the restaurant three times during that period as I believe it was value for money and the ramen was great. The shop opens at 5.00pm in the evening, if you get there between 4.30pm and 4.45pm there's a high chance you will get a table when it opens. If you come later than this you will have to queue and wait for a table as there is only limited seating in the restaurant. I got there around 4.30pm and there is a ticket machine that starts operating at 4.50pm and you have to reserve your table at the machine. There is a queue by 4.50pm and on the one occasion we got there at 4.45pm we didn't get seated until 5.50pm so it's worth getting there early. By the time the ticket machine starts operating there is a queue formed and you reserve your table. At 5.00pm the staff come out and call the numbers on the machine in order and once your table is called you enter the restaurant. I had jumbo ramen and it's massive and will fill you up after a day on the slopes. All the ramens looked good and there were no complaints from me or my family. We were usually in an out within the hour and I never went to the lunch sitting so I'm unsure as to what this is like. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Niseko.

Be prepared to queue for a table, this place is ridiculously popular as it is the best Ramen in town. We waited about 40 minutes, but it was well worth the wait, the ramen came very quickly and it was delicious and is what you need when the outside temperature plummets. Check the opening times are they do close after the lunch rush for a few hours before dinner.

This place doesn't take bookings so we waited 1 hour for a table. They specialize in Ramen for a competitive price. The restaurants on the slopes also do great Ramen but they are not open for dinner. I had the Seafood ramen which I devoured in less than 15 minutes. The staff are efficient and helpful.

Went there twice with the family - once for dinner and once for lunch. I had the seafood ramen the first time and it was delicious. Second time I had the Genghis Khan Ramen and it was my absolute favourite! The lamb was so tender and tasty. If you like lamb then you’ve got to try this dish. The staff could speak good English and the service was good. The place is very popular so expect to line up if you’re not there early. For this, they have a ticket machine backed by a system that gives you real time status on a website as well as email notifications, meaning that you can wander off and do something whilst waiting for your turn.

Nothing has change, accept that King Crab ramen is taken off the menu. Love the side dishes- spring rolls, squid, fried chicken and venison sausages. Cannot go wrong with any of the ramen. Rice bowls is also very good. Have to wash it down with Sapporo Classic. The queue is long. Take a number, otherwise no table for you.

This place has the best ramen I’ve ever had. Definitely worth the wait. The line looked huge but we were only waiting maybe 15-20 minutes. The staff are very friendly and food comes out very quickly. The ramen is huge, so if you’re going, go hungry! It is definitely value for money. I would definitely come back.

This is the third time we've been to Tozanken. It's so good! The only downside is the wait, but maybe that's what makes it so special. It would be great if they could open another venue with more seating, or allow for take-away.

Amazing restaurant. I went every week for 4 months (i was a seasonaire in niseko) and the food was always super good: consistent, warm, delicious. Staff were always friendly and helpful. All round lovely place to eat. Queues can sometimes get big, so make sure you get there early, 15 mins before it opens, otherwise you can be waiting for up to 2 hours. This can be inconvenient but is just a testament to how good the place is! Have to try even if ur just in Niseko for a couple days. Great place.

Wide assortment of Ramen (Soy/Shoyu; Salt/Shio; Miso; Spicy Miso) and other set meals. Worth the price of admission if you have an empty stomach and put it away.

We often com to this restaurant for lunch during our stay in Hirafu. There is often a line at lunch time. Come before 12noon to avoid the line. It is worth the wait because the noodle and the dumplings are delicious.

Long wait and the ramen was good just not amazing, pretty oily compared to others we’ve had. Good service though.

Nothing like a hot ramen after the snowy mountains of Niseko. A must visit when in Niseko. Get there early or be prepared to wait.
