We actually visited in December of 2019, but the experience there left us wanting to go back and write this restaurant the review it deserves. We stumbled into this restaurant while walking around the village and happened to find out now favorite Indian restaurant we...have ever eaten at. The best part was that the owner was so nice and conversational, that we felt right at home. We had happened to mention that we we lacked foresight and didn’t reserve a skiing lesson for my wife before coming and the school was booked. The owner immediately took out his phone and called a friend, within minutes they arrived at the restaurant and offered us a proper day lesson for the next day! Saved our trip and even for some delicious food along with it. Thank you Bombay!More

Went here for dinner and quite frankly it is the best Indian we've ever had and we've done a food tour in India. Staff were super friendly and professional. The food was awesome and so delicious. We all walked out with food babies and big...grins on our faces. If you don't go here when you're in Niseko you're missing out.More

We were in Niseko for only 5 days but the food was so good here we came twice. I kid you not, the food here is simply outstanding. You will most likely never get a better Indian food experience EVER!. A charming husband and wife...team with a great friendly team made the experience unforgettable. They know how to cook and I wish them well. They have a restaurant in Sapporo too.More

Amazing Indian Food different to anything else we have had, especially the sauteed scallops. I would go back just for those anytime. Warning though as with all restaurants in Niseko book ahead as they do get booked up

Had dinner at Bombay Sizzlers on 2/19. Everything we ordered was super tasty and was a fairly big portion. We ended up with way too much food for our family of 5. Service was wonderful, attentive. I don’t think a water single cup went empty....Would highly recommend if you are looking for an alternative to Japanese food.More

Just had dinner here and we were all blown away by how fabulous the meals were. The naan were generous and tasty, the green salad (yes in an Indian restaurant!) was the best salad we’ve had in Hirafu and the butter chicken, Goan salmon and...prawn masala were all perfection.More

Did not expect to find Indian food of this quality in Niseko. The only word to describe the food - sensational. The chicken tikka kebabs are simply the best I’ve tasted for a long time (I’ve travelled all through India). These kebabs are well presented...in a smoking pot and taste awesome. Also of note are the naan breads. Again some of the best I’ve ever had around the world. Been twice already, planning on a third time in 8 days.More

A group of thirteen of us visited on our last evening at Niseko. We'd initially booked via email for twelve people, but adding an extra person just one day before our visit was no problem for them at all. On our arrival were were warmly...greeted and quickly seated. Staff kept the table water topped up through out our mean without prompting, which was a nice touch. The food itself was very nice. You could select the level of spiciness for each dish on the menu. This is where you need a word of warning. However spicy you think you want it, select one level milder. Everyone in our party though their food was at the high end of what they were expecting in terms of spiciness. The side orders were delicious too. The spicy potatoes and Keema naan were delicious. Everyone was very happy with the food. I'd happily visit here again if I ever go back to NisekoMore

We were a large group, and arrived for a late reservation around 8. For whatever reason it took an hour and a half to receive food. While waiting we were given no assurances or updates as to the status of our food. After the food...had arrived I asked the manager what had gone wrong - he told us to “relax”, stated that we should’ve “ordered more starters” and very helpfully reminded us that we were “on holidays”. Clearly the whole delay was our fault. Kitchens can be stressful places, meals can be delayed but I don’t think condescending apologies are ever particularly helpful. More broadly, if you can’t turnover a reasonably small dining room within 1.5 hours, perhaps another line of work should be considered. The food was fine.More

Reserved a table for 19-45 finally got to our table at 20-15, although a walk-in just before us was seated within 5 minutes. Only reason given was that our table should have been free by 19-30 but they hadn’t finished! Food was okay, but our...bill arrived before my wife’s coffee. It seemed to us that they wanted us to clear the table so they could seat a couple they’d just taken an order from at the bar.More
