Home to the largest number of embassies in Copenhagen, Inner Oesterbro has Østerbrogade and Nordre Frihavnsgade streets where shopping for clothes and modern Danish design is a must, particularly if you're not on at budget. There exists a great array of cafés and restaurants, from the reasonably priced to pricier Michelin ones. Fælledparken, one of the largest recreational areas in Denmark, is a park home to the Copenhagen Carnival as well as one of the world’s largest relay runs, with thousands of teams competing over several days.
Passed by and explored the grounds as part of a self-designed half-day walking tour of Copenhagen. With seen my. Some nice paths around the windmill following waterways and crossing bridges. The North bridge was closed the day we visited.

A very nice stone church placed close to Kastellet. The slender bell tower is the first thing you notice when you approach from any direction. Right next to it you can find the wonderful Gefionspringvandet fountain. Also, at walking distance is The Little Mermaid. The entire area is peaceful and there’s a lot of greenery, a true fairytale realm.
We stopped at Restaurant Under Uret for lunch after visiting nearby Rosenborg Castle. The weather was beautiful so were able to sit outside and enjoy traditional Danish smørrebrød. We visited with our one-year-old son and found the staff to be welcoming and accommodating to children. The menu is extensive, with something for everyone.
I had to have an open face sandwich - Smorrebrod - before leaving Copenhagen. The last chance was the airport. It was wonderful! Highly recommend as you wait for your flight to stop in, select from their menu and enjoy!
It was 6:30 o'clock and the restaurant was empty. The tables weren't reserved. I asked the cashier if we could sit and eat at a table. He gone to the kitchen to ask someone. When he came back he told as that we can only take it away. We are not fools. If you don't want tourists to sit at...
Very modest and comfortable accommodation, complimentary breakfast and free WiFi. WiFi connection was poor (off and on) during my stay from 25th - 29th November, 2019. The staff were very friendly & accommodating.
This is my 3rd time visiting Copenhagen and 2nd time staying at Adina.
The city is just as wonderful as I remembered. I picked this hotel again because I remember how homie the experience was when I last stayed here. Prior to writing this review, I checked my last review written in 2016 and I'm happy to say that things...
My friend and I recently had a 3 night stay at 9 Sma Hjem. The hotel reception is in a different building to where the rooms are. Be warned the rooms are on floor 5 of a building with no lift, so some level of fitness is required!! The room was of a good size, quite basic but had everything...
