Dear Cinster: We so much regret your experience at our resort had lead you to write this review. It shows we have not been able to fully meet your expectations and we heartily apologize for it. It is a fact that there are still several issues in which we need to keep on working for all our guests to experience a truly 5 star service. Thanks to your comments and pictures, which we have very carefully studied, we have focused on several particular aspects so we are able to make our services more consistent and efficient, especially in the field of food and beverages. As per the rooms, I would like to explain the hotel has been pretty busy these last few months, so, the sequence ¨checking-out, doing the rooms and checking-in¨ might have had some very tight timing on some particular days. I am glad to know you ended up in a completely functional room. We have recently started to implement several changes in some areas and we feel very optimistic about the results. I hope you will, eventually, give us another opportunity to serve you. It would make us feel really honored.
