Thank you for your recent review of our park. I am pleased to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay with us. We are lucky to be so close to so many attractions and please always feel free to ask our team for any advise on the best days out! We introduced a band system for our outdoor in peak times, this is advertised on the website and I am sorry if it was not mentioned to you when you arrived with us. The band system allows us to help keep the usage of our facilities as fair as possible though I am sorry the day you came to use the pool it was fully booked. This facility can become booked up very quickly and I will be sure to pass your feedback on to our Leisure Manager. We have found, on the whole, that this system does work well and helps make sure that more guests can use the pool than if we operated a one in one out system.
