Dear guests: Thank you so much for your comments! They are very important to us in order to improve our standards and quality. We make sure to revise every department frequently to insure that we always give our customers the best service and offers they rightly deserve. We are very happy and proud that you had a wonderful time with us. Our main goal is to provide our customers with unforgettable memories! I would just like to point out though, that the voltage is only 110V in the bathroom for the shaver only. Girls, beware for our flat irons! It seems that nowadays, cameras and phones work on both 110V and 220V, but in the hotel 220V is what is used and there are no adapters as of now available. (Not only here, throughout all of Cayo Coco and Guillermo!). Please make sure you always verify voltage before using it. Also, concerning the exchange rate, you'll be surprised to know that it changes daily, both at the airport and at the hotel. It has happened many times that the rates were better at the hotel than at the airport and vice versa. Unfortunately, we do not have any say at all concerning the rates that are valued by the different Cuban banks.
