Responded 7 Dec 2020
Seth E56, Thank you very much for your honest review. We greatly apologize as it seems our hotel missed your mark of satisfaction. In regards to your assessment of the rooms you are correct. We are currently undergoing a complete renovation, however that process has been slowed due to covid-19. We also apologize for the shuttle confusion as there are numerous Hampton hotels that pick up from the airport. Once our renovation is complete we would love for you to give our location another chance to earn your business.
