You can do better than that
We went there on a Friday night, so it was busy, but we had our table within 25 minutes. Manager helped us as we waited longer than promised in the beginning (thank you). We ordered food, and pretty soon we got it... barely warm. Main course arrived maybe 5 minutes later. Again…
