Please, rest assured that our Food and Breakfast Manager and our Executive Chef have already received your feedback and are working in order to make any improvement needed to guarantee the satisfaction of our guests. Having read some recent reviews talking about people reserving sunbeds leaving items on them, we are fully aware of this weakness, although guests are not encouraged to reserve sunbeds by leaving their personal belongings. Therefore, we will address this issue to the correct department in order to strengthen the established policy which currently applies.
