We stayed here for a valentines treat using a voucher. The property is set on acres of beautiful land. Our first impression was ‘how is this not 4 stars?’ Especially after our very welcoming check in from John. However as we enetered our room located within a cabin like building

Also it was great to read that overall you had a great stay and we strive to deliver a great guest experience. I would welcome the opportunity to understand how you booked the hotel, as we have various room types and various prices for our guests to choose from. The room you booked was a standard dbl room, and the room type booked does not have the items described such as complimentary water etc. Please can you let me know which room you stayed in, so we can review the cleanliness in the room.This is unusual and I am sorry if this is the case, my team could have immediately fixed this for you.
