I am glad that on the whole you enjoyed your stay, and felt you had a good deal. I am so sorry for the comments on the cleanliness and that we did not live up the the high standards we are proud of. Could I ask you to drop me a note on richard.powell@newplacehotel.com with the dates of the stay and room number. We suspect that some building work has been completed in this room, causing the dust on the wardrobe and we are very sorry this has been missed on checking. This is not the normal high standards, and all rooms are full cleaned and inspected before they go on sale.
