It is getting run down
"I saw when the Hotel was first constructed and it was very nice. Since then, it has gone down hill with mold and leaks quite evident and with little maintenance. they require you to submit your driver's license..."

This is a scam, NOT a real hotel
"This is a private residence masquerading as a hotel. The "lobby" was a personal living room in the house next door. The check in desk was a laptop on a card table in said living room. They have a lovely web site..."
