We went particularly for the Sai Kung Hoi Arts Festival, but took the kaito (ferry) ride to Sharp Island or Kiu Tsui Chau and Yim Tin Tsai, and did some hiking on both islands. We found this Frenchy Cafe in Sai Kung Town, and tried their pasties, and they are totally out of this world. You can buy some to eat them as snacks en-route, and make sure you buy some more before leaving Sai Kung. We bought tickets to go to Sharp Island and Yim Tin Tsai on a kaito (ferry) to see the arts festival from a very friendly volunteer (?). The first stop was to Sharp Island, and the most important thing to see was the tombolo. On low tide, this land strip connects Sharp Island to Kiu tau, and you can walk over there in about 15 minutes. Just watch your steps because there are lots of stones and boulders to avoid trip and fall. The view of this strip is beautiful. You can climb up a hill on Kiu Tau to go to the other side. I had to return before I got to the top to catch the other kaito to Yim Tin Tsai. It is just too bad. The most important thing to visit I believe on Yim Tin Tsai is St. Joseph's Chapel, a Catholic Church beautifully renovated. The salt pans are quite interesting too, and make sure you stop and learn some history of salt making. There is a trail that you can hike while on Yim Tin Tsai, and there are some nice viewpoints, and the trail should take about 45 minutes to complete. I also like the art displays along the trails on both islands. In my opinion, they are quite whimsical and nice, with explanations to tell the stories of the pieces on display. Too bad the Sai Kung Hoi Arts Festival had just completed their 3-year run, and they don't know if the funding will be extended for future years. The only neglect is that there are too many things to see, and there is simply not enough time, I think, to do all the islands (Kau Sai Chau and High Island, in addition to Sharp Island and Yim Tin Tsai) on the same day. After a day of sightseeing, you may also consider staying for the seafood dinner on its seafood street in Sai Kung Town.

Saigon is a tourist hotspot, land and sea tour programs are diverse and vibrant. Due to the large number of visitors, two public ports were built, and the "new port" was already built 15 years ago (2009). The port in the Inner Bay has long been stationed with dozens of boats selling seafood, a wide variety, so that customers who stand behind the barge can select. Guests look down at the seafood on the boat, at the same time with the fish vendor to discuss the price, after the settlement can be commissioned fish sales to the designated restaurant, very convenient, guests have a good experience. The holiday people are constantly flowing, the business schedule must be noticeable. There are countless seafood restaurants on the shore, the business most exploded is a few near the harbor, a bit away in the "seafood street" restaurant business is relatively cool. A row of trees in front of the "Marine Fruit Street" marketplace, is the habitat of birds, the birds fight and shook the sky. Next to the harbor are the beachfront squares, parks and markets, as well as a passenger transportation centre with bus and minibus stops, and multiple traffic routes connecting the city. Stalls on the square sell seafood, handicrafts and souvenirs, and street artists sing in the evening. After years of renovation, the park has added greenery and built a platform for leisure and sea views. Walk on the platform, the beautiful view of the curtains is fascinating: blue mountain green water, blue sky white clouds, colorful canoes and yachts floating in the sea, while the oak trees standing on the shore shower the wind, the tortoise is flying in the sky, the beautiful view is now, and the heart is calm. Another Attraction of the park is the pool and arch, and there are also paper boats and lighting devices placed in the pool, at night lights, arch and lighting devices shine. There are countless attractions to visit in Siem Reap, as well as a wide range of outdoors vacation activities, which is not enough at once. As a back garden in Hong Kong, it is very convenient to play.

Sai Kung is a wonderful area just a 20-30 minute drive from Kowloon. Here, you’ll find green nature, beautiful beaches, delicious seafood, and peace—a much-needed break from Hong Kong's hectic hustle among the skyscrapers. We splurged and stayed for 4 days at the luxury WM Hotel with sea views, an infinity pool, and a huge breakfast buffet. But you can't just sit around all day, right? You need to explore the beautiful nature and find one of the fantastic beaches. The goal of the hike is Trio Beach. This beach is only accessible by hikers and from the sea—you can sail there in 10 minutes with a cheap ferry (sampan) from Pak Sha Wan Pier. We found a walking route on Google Maps from the WM Hotel to Trio Beach. It’s about 4.5 km each way. Alternatively, you can find almost the same route on alltrails.com, starting from Pak Sha Wan and ending at Trio Beach. The hike is called ‘Trio Beach Hike.’ The hike is moderately challenging. Much of the trail is on bumpy gravel paths, going up and down hills. Around you, there’s lovely nature, butterflies, and stunning views of water on both sides. It's a beautiful and slightly challenging hike. Bring plenty of water, a sun hat, and swimwear. Trio Beach is a lovely sandy beach with fantastic water, changing rooms, and a kiosk selling drinks and snacks. Whether you walk back (like we did) or take a sampan depends on your mood and energy.
