We booked an older room choosing to save a bit vs staying in the newer rooms. The room was dated and in need of repair as expected yet clean. The problem however was atmosphere and service. Our room at the rear with a lovely view of a gravel pit was above the bar deck, night one I was kept awake by loud conversation into the wee hours. We were also booked directly across the hall from the room being renovated. We were awoken to Reno sounds at 7am, the workers apologized when they saw us leave also surprised as the poor placement and lack of communication. So, while the rooms may be better soon I personally would never recommend staying here...guest satisfaction doesn't appear to be a priority. Sorry to the super nice folks we spoke to when booking, sadly those on site during our stay were barely friendly. Wish we would have stayed in Kings Point.

Hopefully the renovations can transform this tired old musty smelling hotel. Staff was accommodating with glasses and ice from the bar but honestly try and find somewhere else until the rooms are updated

Clean, modern room. Had everything we needed and was in a central place for exploring the area. The hotel has been recently renovated and was clean, comfortable and quiet. We felt safe there and checked out local attractions, hiking, and whale watching.

Nice, clean and cosy. Not easy to locate the front entrance to reception. Shanghai restaurant next door with menu in the room. Good idea. Secured wifi and free parking. No microwave oven in room. Furnishings looks new. Good sized room with coffee maker. Quiet place.

I gather that they are in the process of renovating. The lobby looks clean and modern. But the room we were given did not look like the above photos. It looked like a room from the 70s. Old bathroom. Old furniture. Old AC. Old old old. Gross. Not a good value.

Stopped in for the night and had dinner in the restaurant. Bleach blond girl Marsha was high as a kite, not marijuana high. She was a disaster. Had to ask us three times what our drink order was. Ignored me and was blatantly coming into my husband. I won’t ever be going back in there.

Nice renovation on the rooms, but absolutely no maid service stayed for a week anything you need you have to go to front desk, didn't even so much as change garbage or towels. I understand it's hard to find employees but it's not asking to much too have your towels changed

We stayed in a non-renovated room which was very basic. Light did not work. 2 towels with 4 people in room. It has an ‘we do not care’ atmosphere. Stay in beautiful King’s point if you can, no point in coming to Springdale . Can’t wait to leave .

What a difference the renovations have made - I was very impressed - I had a good meal at the restaurant and later enjoyed a drink in the hotel bar and my room was great. Brand new Chiropractic mattresses, very comfy! Nice deep bathtub so I could have a good soak after a long day on the road. The service was friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in town on business I'll be booking again!
