Dirty everything, had to walk up stairs to the lobby and i stepped on a chewing gum, wrappers and styrofoam everywhere, entered the lobby but everything looks like it had seen better days. Rooms were very very run down. Carpets were stained with water and door locks were kaput. Surroundings were very unsafe and nowhere to go nearby. Burger king in front if that makes you feel better but please just stay at other hotels that charge higher and provides a more pleasant stay instead of an unsafe one.

We had to changed rooms twice, and even the third room was not satisfactory. All the room had holes in their ceilings. One of the rooms (that we rejected) even smell of urine. All the rooms we saw were dirty with dust and hair everywhere.
Receptionist wasn't very helpful or friendly. She mentioned that wifi could be used in the rooms, but no wifi detected. Only able to use it in the lobby. I will never stay here again.

Just for the sake of price, you may choose as a place to sleep
located at top second floor without lift, the room bit crampy but the toilet is a big issues
overall not for family but okay for transit to shower and rest awhile
due to peak seasons of chinese new year and wedding ceremony, need to ship some relatives to cheap place
so you get what you pay
not to complaint
but they can go better with small allocation to refurbish
location wise but nothing much to offer

The hotel is a few kilometers south of the KK airport in the Putatan District. If you want to save money and need a place south of KK nearer to Lok Kawi Wildlife Center, then this is the place you may want to stay in. Just know that the room is very basic and not as clean as one may want.
Be warned that the location of the hotel as reflected on google maps is not accurate, but it is not hard to find as it is right on the expressway leading south from the airport, on the right side of the road.
