Great little hotel. Stayed in the mews accommodation which is separate. It was perfect for our family and little dog. The breakfast served at the hotel was great too! Lady on reception was very welcoming and gave good information about the area.

We stayed in one of the apartments. When we arrived we had no hot water or heating. The place was filthy with curtain rails hanging off the wall. There was no DVD player, WiFi, toaster or microwave. One of the receptionists was the rudest person I've ever met. This all ended up

This place does have so much potential, and maybe could be a nice place to stay or visit, but the customer service here is just dreadful. The woman that worked as bar staff (and looked like she maybe even owned the place) on Friday 26h October 2018 was just rude. Her tone of

Avoid at all costs! Has the potential but sadly not the care, attention, staff or management that is immediately needed, and a major health and safety reform is needed. This was a trip that was really looked forward too but sadly it was let down by a hotel that wasn't as

I’m sorry to hear that. My comment reflected my experience and I think that’s all I can comment on.

They’re well known for speaking to staff this way, that’s why they have such a high turnover of staff and a bad reputation. Horrible people.

Sorry dear, I've never booked a room, I live in Ravenglass and it's only an hour and a few minutes to the hotel, my best friend and I go for the Ladies Lunch which is once a month, but I can only say the food is out of this world, it's a family run hotel, and the family are wonderful, I've just telephoned the hotel, and this is their answer to to your question, your dog is most welcome to be in the grounds, and your bedroom, but not in the main public area's of the hotel, as it's and open plan, and all area's lead off into the dinning area's. I have to say there are plenty of cosy corner's to sit in but not for your pet sorry! but your stay will still be wonderful so don't worry too much. I hope my answer help's, I have to say they do have a wonderful garden with outside seating, and I'm sure you'll have a fabulous stay, as I've already said the family are lovely, and the staff are fabulous you'll be well looked after the food as I've already said is wonderful it has to be to get Anne and myself to travel the fell's of a bleak winter's day, so all I can say now is enjoy yourselves you lucky people and I wish it was me staying there!
