Staff here were extremely good with lots of information given on arrival. Rooms absolutely fine if a little tired, Bottled water given out very generously. Pool areas glorious with pool towels and plenty of space. Attentive life guards on duty and poolside kept immaculately clean (as was rest of hotel) Beach area was well supervised and we were given instructions on what to do and the risks etc. as soon as we got out of the water they gave a bottle of water to rehydrate. Food was ample, fairly tasty and plenty of choice. Large bottle of water on table each night at dinner. Nice bar area on lower terrace where you could sit at night and look at the lights across the sea.

Helllooo.. It was a very nice vacation with this hotel ,the staff like family and always smiling . For the activites there is agreat staff specialized for gaming that i ilke too much. Also the room is very clean , the breakfast was nice and every thing fresh .

We had a great time in the Holiday-inn Dead Sea! The resort is gorgeous and very spacious. Over 6 swimming pools for adults along with a shaded pool for the kids. There were plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy their time. Best serivce ever since the moment you arrive at the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpfyl. Mr. Mohammad Khaled and Odai provided the best customer service ever. We received our rooms on time without any delays. The venue has different restaurants which satisfy everyones tastes. The place is not crowded and offers a very exclusive experience. Access to the Dead Sea with showers available at the beach makes it a great location to experience the salty waters! The distance between the main building and the swimming pools is very short, making it simpler to go up and down the resort. The staff is very professional and helpful.…

Two points to note: 1) do not be persuaded by the receptionist to take your postcards to the airport to post because it takes longer to send from the hotel. There is NO postbox at the airport that works. I had to beg a worker to take them home to Amman with them to post for me since they have Jordanian stamps on them already. 2) if you receive good service from any of the staff, tip them CASH. Need I say more? The hotel is lovely with pools and access to the beach. Towel service is everywhere which is convenient. The music blasting at the pool can be annoying though. The beach access is well organized with showers right next to it. When the waves were big, a life guard was stationed at the water edge to stop people from going in. I asked for an ironing board and it took forever to arrive which forced me to choose a different outfit for dinner. No big deal, just beware so you don’t get caught like me. The hairdryer in my room blew barely any hot air at all. That was super frustrating. The maid who delivered the ironing board promised to get it fixed the next day. No one remembered to come n fix it. This was a slightly bigger deal since I couldn’t really style my hair. The skin care and massage services were good. It would be nice if the receptionist and masseuse are different people since the poor girl was very rushed in having to do everything. She did a great job nevertheless. The bar was chaotic. There were 7 staff tripping over each other and the guests were all frustrated waiting for service. Someone would take an order, pass it to a 2nd person who would pour the drinks, then the 1st guy moved on to the next guest and the 2nd person started pouring drinks for a 3rd person while the first guest was standing there waiting to pay. It was obvious no one trained them on how to run a bar. There was very little alcohol in the alcoholic drinks. Some of our group members returned the drinks to request for more alcohol. All in all, this was a good place to stay if you can overlook some of the issues.…

Amazing stay It was an amazing night in the holiday inn hotel dead sea …. I liked the smile when i was arrived from the all staff there with a great swimming pool for my kids with the entertainment team they were kind and professional.
