I visited with my family (fiancé & 3 young children) in October. We had the most amazing holiday. Everything is perfect - the rooms, the food, the drinks, the pools, beaches and setting. But what really makes this exceptional is the service which is just incredible. There are so many staff and they are all so friendly and helpful. We are desperate to get back! Special staff mentions go to Dimitra (lifeguard at the kids pool), Vasilis (barman at the beach pool) and Tasos (barman at the main pool). These 3 people in particular made our holiday very special - my children still talk about Dimitra and ask to go back to Greece to visit her! We can’t wait to return.

For context my husband and I have been privileged to have stayed in an extensive range of 5* hotels in the UAE, North America and the Caribbean (Excellence, Secrets, Royalton, Jumeirah, Rixos, Riu brands) as well as numerous 5* all inclusive hotels in Turkey, Spain, Greece and other European destinations. This 8 night trip at the very end of September to early October was our first Ikos holiday. We typically opt for contemporary, upscale hotels with multiple a la carte restaurant options and the Ikos Aria met, and exceeded, our preferences on these counts. We enjoyed the wide choice of dining options and appreciated the contemporary architecture, furnishings and lighting and of course the idyllic setting and breathtaking views from our sea view garden suite and all around the hotel. The quality and presentation of meals and the range of wine and menu options at each restaurant is truly unrivalled. The only disappointing aspect of our stay was the limited evening entertainment and lack of live music throughout the day that we have enjoyed at other all inclusive hotels. Prior to our arrival I was concerned to discover that there were not any a la carte breakfast and lunchtime dining options for non-deluxe guests. I contacted the hotel by email to express my disappointment about this and on check in we were delighted and blown away to be offered daytime dining privileges at Seasons. This unexpected and generous gesture was a game changer for us and absolutely made our holiday. We have booked to return to Aria next October (non deluxe) and I know that we will miss the convenience of being able to dine in Seasons by the (sadly unheated) adult pool where we spent most of our time. We have also booked to stay at Andalusia at the end of April. I think that says it all. Many thanks to the whole Ikos team, especially Athena and Margaret. We can’t wait to return.

We spent an amazing 10 nights in Aria in Oct 2021 and celebrated my birthday on the day of our arrival. Margaret from guest relations made us feel special and supplied some lovely treats in our room for our arrival. Thank you. The hotel was full during our stay but it didn’t hinder our enjoyment. We ate in all of the restaurants for dinner however we were a little disappointed that there all of the al la carte options were not open at lunch time as we had experienced in 2019. The however Italian opened during our stay and we enjoyed our lunches there. The wonderful staff are who make this place special. From the pool staff, bar staff, all the talented waiters and waitresses. Nikos and Tanya in the Italian restaurant were amazing. Ioanna and Zuzka in the Asian, Pandora and Aggeliki in the lobby bar, Athena who selected our wines most evenings and did an amazing wine tasting session - Thank you. Staff who were running around and serving us beautiful food and drinks Moccas, Eleni and Zoi and also the two bar mixologist who were great. A very special thank you to Harris, a super professional always and such a lovely gentleman. We really feel like we are part of the Aria family. We met some lovely fellow guests and had an absolutely sensational holiday. Thank you to ALL the staff we just cannot mention everyone but ALL of the staff are a credit to the IKOS brand. We will hopefully see you next year.

I could not rate this place highly enough. We had the most wonderful experience at Ikos. There was no deluxe rooms available for us when booking but this did not hinder our experience at all. The room was spacious, modern, clean and had a great aesthetic. It was perfect for the two of us. The side sea view meant we got to see the sunrise each morning which was a treat. The whole resort is immaculate and every detail has been thought through. The food in all the restaurants was amazing, we felt spoilt with fine dining for 7 nights in a row! Definitely try lunch at Ouzo with the BBQ, such a treat. The absolute best part was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there to help. Adrian at the beach pool bar was always chatty and kept us hydrated and well fed every day. A definite highlight was sitting at the lobby bar before and after our evening meal for a few cocktails. Thank you to Vasilis, Panayiotis, Stelios and Giannis behind the lobby bar for entertaining us each evening and taking us up on every challenge we presented to make us a new cocktail!
