What a Fabulous Hotel! Everything was just perfect, from the room, to the food, to the staff. We loved it so much we have booked again for next year! We really could not fault the hotel. We stayed in the Dolomites room, it is spacious and very comfortable. The food choices were superb and the qualify was exceptional. I would 100% recommend choosing the 3/4 option, you will not be disappointed! The treks/tours that the hotel lay on are a wonderful bonus. The guide Maria was lovely! And the waitressing and bar staff were also so attentive and friendly. I would say this has to be one of the best hotels that we have stayed in! Cannot wait to go back next year!

In September 2021, we stayed four nights at the Brunet hotel and resort. It is traditional alpine in decor with flower covered balconies looking toward the mountains. The furnishings are colorful, fresh, and in perfect condition Our room on the third floor was large, furnished with a king bed, sofa under the windows, desk area, and ample closets. One of the best parts of staying there was the dining. We chose to stay half board (breakfast and dinner) which was a delicious and wise decision. ( It was wise because the town restaurants were almost all closed at this time of year.)The chef creates a varied menu each day, so there are at least three entrees, starters, and desserts to choose. from. Service is friendly, helpful, and efficient. During the day we took hikes in nearby areas. It was a delight to return to our lovely room each afternoon, sit in the garden with a snack and drink, and know that we would have a relaxing, well prepared dinner right there at our hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel, location, pool, service, food, location, spa. Our only complaint was the noise level from our room We chose the Sissi suite. A very large, beautiful room with a balcony. At check in we asked if our room was in a quiet location and was told it was on the 4th floor, so noise should not be a problem. However we were located above the VERY busy main road running through town and it was impossible to keep the door or windows open and sitting on the balcony was not an option. The Brunet is actually connected with 2 other hotels which is a bit confusing. Otherwise we loved the hotel.

The Brunet is probably the best choice in the Dolomites region around San Martino die Castrozza if you are looking for real wellness and authentic food experiences.
To us it looked like the overall hotel complex consists of a number of former individual properties which have been merged under the new Brunet label „Dolomites Resort and Spa“.
Talking about the Spa, which is really outstanding due to providing specutacular views, cleaningless and comfortable lounging facilities.
We would definately visit the hotel again just because of the newly built „Sky Spa“, as you can spent days just wellnessing here.
Even the „normal“ Spa in the basement is above average standards.
The other 12 points goes to the outstanding food, especially dinner experience.
Every night we were provided a set menu which can be choosen from tirolean specialites of the region around San Martino.
The food, especially the pasta was so delicious that we easily gained a numer of kilos which could only be defetaed by the nice daily excursions with the lovely guide Barbara.
We also recommend to visit the 2700 meter high Rosetta mountain, as it provides breathtaking views of the Dolomites.
So in terms of activity there is a lot to do in this area.
Regarding downsites you could mention that there was not much going on in the villages, so we basically stayed in the hotel most of the nights.
Don‘t expect any sort of nightlife, which again fulfills the wellness aspect of a stay at Brunet.
Some guestes could also rate some of the older hotel areas a bit „old-fashioned“, but this would be a matter of taste.
In some rare instances we also found the food was a bit too cold, especially at lunch-time, but again the kitchen helps quickly in resolving this issue.
Having not mentioned the rooms is simply because they fulfilled our expecations, the balcony for example was very spacy.
In summary the Brunet provides a traditional hotel style basis with extroadinary food and wellness options.
Thanks again for the farewell cup!

Amazing room, the suite had and outstanding bathroom so with our little kids we could enjoy it without going to the pool or spa area.
Excellent dinner, really good quality and great attention of the waitress in serving the courses having focused on the need of the kids. Breakfast was also very good.
We enjoyed also the care of the staff, and the possibility to make online check in is super, so at the arrival it was already accomplished. Very appreciated also that once we went off the car at the arrival, there was a person who helped us immediately we all the luggages till the room.
An excellent hotel we we neve felt "alone".

This hotel is very large and offers a lot of services. Front desk is nice and efficient, prosecco is offered upon arrival, very good. Our room was large, oldish but well maintained and with a refurbished bathroom that was nice and modern. Breakfast was classical, good products. Didn't try the restaurant. As for the spa it is composed of a new modern part on the roof, superb resting area, spacious roof top with a small swimming pool and sauna. Unfortunately we're not really in Tyrol anymore and sauna culture hasn't made it to there: almost everybody was keeping its swimsuit (sometime even without towel !!) despite the signs, and the people in charge didn't care at all. Downstairs is a large wellness area again with sauna (rules only slightly better followed when we were there), rest area, garden, as well as a large indoor pool for those who like noise and promiscuity... Free parking, average soundproofing, very classical style form the rest. Altogether a good and convenient address for a stop on the way but we wouldn't stay there for a longer holiday.

We arrived to watch the Trentino music Festival for the week and chose the Brunet Hotel for our stay. The breakfast was delightful. The Suite and Lobby were like an alpine lodge. And the staff was very kind and accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone going to the festival!!
