Excellent location , reception really helpful, but rooms just a little too small for comfort . Ideal for sightseeing in the centre of Copenhagen. Small walk to pubs and restaurants. Don't use the taxis as their 'special rate' is too expensive.

It is definitely a value conscious hotel. We paid $200 per night (which is below average in Coppenhagen), so were not expecting a 5 star hotel. The rooms are exceedingly small (~130 sq. ft) for a 4 person room. There is no storage space for luggage and the bathroom doubles as a shower. You must squeegee the floor after a shower so no one slips when they use the washroom. Our first night we woke up at 1 a.m. unable to sleep because of the heat (there is no A/C) and our window only opened 5 cm. We walked outside at 1 a.m. to get some fresh air and saw that some rooms had their windows wide open. TID-BIT: there is a small latch that requires a device or tiny fingers to flip so you can open the window. No one told us about it, but we eventually figured out where and how. There is no housekeeping, so don't expect your bed to be made, fresh linens, nor regular fresh towels. In a 4 night stay, we had one set of towels provided to us. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is probably the hallmark of the hotel. They have a map of the area and are very good at providing recommendations of places to eat or visit. The location is another positive attribute, as it's in walking distance to the Forum metro line, Tivoli garden, and the City Hall. It is also in walking distance to the Rosenborg Castle, the Christiansburg Palace, and Amalienborg. I would not recommend for a family larger than 2-3 people with luggage, as it's too cramped with little space for storage or moving around comfortably. If you do end up going, I would recommend staying on the 1st floor in the summer or hotter months, as the lack of AC can make it very hot in the rooms. The best part of our visit was the front desk staff and the location.

We had a room at the top of the 3rd floor under the roof where, despite wide open windows, it was so violently humid and warm that only one person out of 4 got to sleep. As my little brother said in the morning when we got out of bed, it was better than lying on a bench. To offer people something that is so poorly isolated and ventilated is thoughtlessly and a mystery. The breakfast was very spartan, no sausages or bacon and scrambled eggs were made from some egg powder. Juice was the cheapest imaginable and could only be drank with distress and hardly. Coffee was too strong. The cheese, on the other hand, was good. All in all, not a particularly good place - one can use it in case of emergency if nothing else. Otherwise, the advice is to stay away.

Pros: - in a lovely, safe location very close to Forum metro station for one train to airport and I walked everywhere from this hotel. Grocery store around the corner. - clean room, bed comfortable with duvet, fluffy pillows - helpful, friendly staff who speak English - reasonably priced for expensive Copenhagen - staff will store your luggage for free on arrival day if your room is not ready Cons: - room compact, but quiet//bathroom very small with shower that is not powerful or adjustable, but water was hot - room warm/no air conditioning

If you are going to be out sightseeing, and just need a place to sleep and get back out again, this is the bargain spot. Room was tiny, but sufficient to get rest in. Microbathroom. Think of a train sleeper cabin and you get the idea. It was clean, and the breakfast was good

1. Room very hot, staff confirm no air conditioning but give you a broken desk fan if you can find space for it on the mini desk in the room. 2. Bedroom for 3 was so very small, a safety hazard with the ladder that hung off the upper bunk bed. Not a place for adults. 3. Shower constantly smelly even when we arrived, has no fan, exhaust or window so steams a lot and stays wet inside unless you open the bathroom door which takes up all of the space in the room with the ladder. 4. Electricity in the room turns off unless you keep the main light on. So for us to charge our phones while we slept, the lights had to stay on. 5. Uncomfortable all around. Yes it's cheap in an expensive country like Denmark but overall not a good experience. Not even enough space to change your clothes. 6. Little to no WiFi in the room, see screenshot. We asked staff and each evening they would repeat the same nonsense about a router technician?! We gave up. Others were camping outside bedrooms in the corridor to try and get WiFi signal and cool down.

Extremely small, cramped, uncomfortable accomodation. The bathroom was not clean, with a plastic shower curtain which did little to protect the toilet etc when showering. Hence spent time, drying off the loo. The mattress was about one inch deep and it was hot and airless. Don’t go there!

The room are tiny, very tiny, could have not stay there for few days but for 1 or 2 nights specially if you are to spend most of time outside it could be an excellent solution, location is great and was by far the cheapest option in the area, the staff is nice friendly and very helpful

We have used the Cabin Express on numerous occasions when returning to Copenhagen to visit family and friends. It is always clean, the staff are friendly and it is close to the city centre, shops, metro, etc. We have never been disappointed.

This is my second visit to a hotel from the Cabin chains. Previously in Odense, this time in Copenhagen. As usual, I enjoyed my stay! The receptionists are very friendly, my room was clean and I had a nice view for the street :) Thank you.
