The Ibis Styles Heathrow has become one of my favourite hotels, not just for price but for the overall stay.

The reception staff are always friendly and love the warm touches of welcoming back those that have stayed before. Some rooms can be a little small, but generally many are of a good size Wifi works fantastic and of good speed and rooms are very well cleaned. The rooms do not have irons but one can be collected from reception.

The restaurant staff generally very friendly and willing to accommodate food change requests, as I've stayed here almost every month in the last year the menu can get a little tiring.

Overall a very good hotel with great transport links a real home from home.

This is our go to hotel when we are in London. It is within the Heathrow free travel zone so you can take a bus here from the airport for free. It is usually always clean. The housekeeping staff is always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff has always been friendly and busy restocking and cleaning as breakfast is so busy. However, we noticed this time there seemed to be new employees working the breakfast who didn't seem as focused and dedicated as the previous staff. The front desk staff seems to have constant turnover but the young man who checked is in seemed very customer service focused and friendly and we hope he stays. We always recommend Ibis as it is a good value for the money, especially in the UK.

The hotel is a new, recent build with modern amenities. Bathrooms, while small, have nice showers
(with doors keeping floors dry when sharing), rooms in general have plenty of space. TV's, WiFi are
included. There is some noise from aircraft on days when nearest runway is being used, but not
excessive. The lobby is large where they serve the included European breakfast along w/coffee/tea!
Additionally there is a full service bar.
The hotel is one of the 1st stops on the free airport bus routes(lines 285, 105, 111 & 140), so easy &
quick access! Also easy to return to airport to access the Heathrow Express or Piccadilly tube to
downtown. The hotel is trendy, so no desk & lots of empty space in many rooms. Checking in/out is
usually fast & staff is now more seasoned, familiar with systems & Accor products. There are a few
local pubs worth a visit(The Pheasant) within walking distance as well. Nice place to stay when
overnighting at Heathrow.

I hadn't stayed here for a few years, so when looking for a Heathrow hotel before a flight last week I decided to stay again when I saw the amazing rate of £40pn.
The hotel is in one of the best locations on Bath Road- right by the spur road leading down to the airport, which takes less than 5 minutes on the free TfL buses from across the road. It's also opposite the Three Magpies which is a great little pub.
The staff were all friendly, and the service in the bar/restaurant was efficient.
My room was clean, a little small but comfortable enough for a night, and with everything I needed for such a short stay. Only gripe was that I was in the annex, which is a bit of a pain to get to as you have to take 2 different lifts, the latter of which broke down in the morning.
A limited continental breakfast is included, but if you want a Full English you have to pay £6 extra- most Ibis Styles include a hot breakfast, but it was worth the extra cost as it was freshly cooked and very tasty.
All in all a good place to stay if you want a reasonably priced hotel before or between flights.

I’ve stayed here maybe around 5 times now and each stay has been very enjoyable.

It’s great value for money and the 423 bus from T5 takes you to almost outside of the hotel in just over 10 minutes and it is a free service.

The restaurant and bar was closed during my visit in early October (COVID related) but you could order food at reception, collect it and take it to your room.

Bars prices are reasonable.

Rooms are comfortable and very clean.

Back in this area in a few weeks and will be staying at the Ibis Styles again.

This hotel is very close to Heathrow terminals 2 & 3 and is a modern, cheerful hotel that caters for the overnight travellers in and out of Heathrow airport. The rooms are smart and modern with some funky elements which enhance the rooms. Although close to Heathrow airport the sound insulation is very good and the sleep quality very good. The plus for this budget hotel is the free bus service to and from the central bus station between terminal 2 & 3. The buses that are free and drop off at the Ibis Styles are: 111, 105, 105, 278. The bus stops right outside the hotel and the return to Heathrow is from the bus stop directly across the road. An excellent service every 10 minutes or so. The only negative point was the breakfast could have offered some meats etc, but otherwise an excellent travellers budget hotel.

I booked this Hotel on 21 October 2019. We were to stay for two nights
checking in on 18 October 2020 and checking out 20 October 2020. It
became apparent that we were not going to be able to be in England for this
two night stay. It simply was not viable. I contacted Booking.com on 12
June 2020 advising them of this fact. Booking.com said they would
contact the hotel and in the light of the current health situation they were
going to ask the hotel to give us a refund minus any administration fee.
Booking.com informed us that the hotel absolutely refuses to refund any
money at all.
I cancelled the reservation 13 weeks before we were due to check in so in my humble opinion that should be plenty of time to re-let the room especially as this is a hotel attached to London Heathrow Airport.
I contacted this hotel at least four times and on no occaion did they have the curtesy to reply to me.
I know that they received the e mails and I even asked one of the sister hotels to forward an e mail to them yet no reply.
I will admit that I was offered a voucher to the value of the reservation but..... this voucher can only be used at this hotel and cammot be used accross the Accor chain of hotels. No one at Accor could justify this.
I then asked Accor how I could make a formal complaint. They simply referred me back to Booking.com
Bearing in mind the lack or curtesy of not bothering to reply to my e mails, I would be very reluctant to stay at this hotel as you
wonder what the service is actually like when you stay there.
Having read some of the other reviews I think that we have had a very lucky escape.
I hope that they use the money that they refuse to refund to train their staff to reply directly to e mails

We booked this Ibis to be close to Terminal 2 at heathrow, it was so that was positive, parking was expensive given we were staying there. Room had the basics, breakfast was also basic. This is a disappointing Ibis Styles , we have stayed in several in France over the years and found them great.

I stayed here for one night on my way out of London, needing a location close to the airport for my early flight. I arrived late at night and was pleased by the friendly staff (the guys were, one woman on duty had sour attitude but I noted that and avoided her at check-in). The design was a draw for me in booking online because I liked the space-age, quirky photos. The design is pretty cool but unfortunately that's where the coolness ends.

I asked for a quiet room so was placed in an adjacent part of the hotel which is fine but the key cards to enter and exit right from street level didn't make a difference as the door lock seemed broken so anyone could walk in at any time. It felt unsafe.

I went to the restaurant for a late dinner and ended up choosing a burger from limited menu options. This was hands-down the worst burger I've ever tasted. In fact, I'm quite certain that it wasn't real meat. I'm down for a veggie burger but it wasn't billed as such and a real veggie burger would have been much better than whatever this was. I felt sick to my stomach.

Room was interesting design but very awkward bed placement meant that I couldn't wheel my small carryon suitcase around the bed; it was just very awkward.

The absolute worst, though, were the bathroom and the bed. In the shower I found hair from four different people. I mean clearly definable as four separate individual. It was as if it hadn't been cleaned at all, just right there all over the shower, along the floor edges, toilet, everywhere. So gross. I can't imagine what was in there that wasn't clearly visible to the eye if they didn't bother to clean the visible stuff...

And then what makes me shudder even til today: I got in bed and noticed that the bottom sheet (not fitted, was just a plain sheet wrapped around the mattress) had shifted away from the mattress at the head of the bed, leaving the mattress exposed. As I looked closer, I could see long hair *though the sheets* and I pulled it back and there was matted hair and even crumbs from food. All of that under the base sheet where I was supposed to lay down, the sheet that was starting to pull away so that basically if I moved at all, I would be rolling around in other people's hair and food remnants, god knows what else. Cannot even describe how disgusting that was.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this spot. Even though it's a budget hotel, this is really beyond.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel unless you are stuck with no other accommodation options like we were, due to arriving late at night at Heathrow. What it has got going for it was that it is in close proximity to Heathrow terminal 2 arrivals & it has WIFI & that is where it stops. The reception & restaurant staff were not friendly but the barman was. The after hours vending machine prices were ridiculous so rather bring your own. Our room was literally a box, it had an unpleasant odour & there were stains on the carpet. No fridge but a cold box that looked dodge that was trying to keep a prawn sandwich fresh. Thankfully we only had to spend 1 night there as we had arrived late at night at Heathrow. Mid range pricing for the low range accommodation.

On arrival at T3 we got a cab which cost about 15 quid. On departure we took the bus to T5 which is only two or three stops and very easy. The Jubilee Line goes to T3 and T5.
