A beautifully located hotel, across the street from the beach. It is within a walking distance from everything you want to see. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. A very generous Breakfast is served in the garden or on the room. The rooftop bar is probably the best in town. I highly recommend it.

It was our favorite hotel before and we were frequent guests until this visit the guest trek around and room service were zero. Since we are a couple we expected to have towels for both , there was one big towel only , we requested couple of times and no towels arrived until we went to the reception. There is a tv in the room , but no remote control…after waiting an hour we called and they said they were still searching for a remote ! At last we didn’t expect such a terrible service !

Over priced. Ordered steak without chips . Came late with chips I said I am on a diet and can't eat chips. He said its included anyway. But when the bill came we were charged for the chips and the sauce on top of the steak . I queried it as on the menue it said inclusive of chips veg and sauce. He said its xn error on the menue. Drinks came not together and late. Food was 3 star not 5 star Service was worse than at McDonald's

WORST HOTEL EVER. Below is everything we hate about the hotel: * YOU CANNOT SLEEP IN THE HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE ROOFTOP LOUNGE PARTY WITH LOUD MUSIC UNTIL VERY LATE AT NIGHT. We called the reception and they told us it is mentioned on booking even though we didn't use booking to reserve. We didn't even get an apology. We even contacted them on whatsapp without a reply. * Horrible customer service altogether. * Overpriced: we paid 170 USD for one night. * There was no one to help us with our luggage. Not even a smile at the reception. Horrible customer service. * no fridge nor water heater inside the room and if you had food, you have to store it outside the room. * the shower heads were leaking, * We had to call the reception to turn on hot water because it was turned off. * The hotel is valued for its view but at the same time the glasses are see through and thus you have to close the curtains because the people walking on the street can clearly see your room. * for 170 USD, you don't even get an open buffet breakfast. Instead you get to order at most 6 (tiny plates) in a weird system. * they even consider a single pancake to be a plate among the 6. What a scam? * Even though the soaps in the room are organic, the tea they give you is just a plain lipton bag. Shameful. * The smell of the towels were not fresh at all. WORST HOTEL EVER.

To start, the location is good. The view is good. The room is comfy and relaxing but the service of the morning breakfast was bad. Talking about the food also was disgusting. The food came cold : omlette foul balila , and the foul looked really bad like it was crushed up in the kitchen. The plate of the white cheese was water and some of the Halloumi were yellowish . The cup of the cappuccino was really messy. I didn t enjoy it at all in the restaurant. Yesterday at NYE party, we ordered 4 times Edamame and we didn't received in our table. Tho we were the first person entering the party. We still here in the hotel and we called 100 (the reception) ordering a big bottle of water and they came with 2 little bottles. To add that The menu of the hotel restaurant wasn't clear at all. Anddd ATTENTION TO THIS : THE OUTDOOR SITTING OF THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY MESSY AND IT WAS SO COLD!!!! We can't even sit inside to eat. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BOUTIQUE HOTEL I DON'T RECOMMEND THE RESTAURANT At ALLLLLLLLLLLLL. This hotel is made only to sleep. Thank u to make my NyE this bad

I enjoyed staying in this beautiful hotel, indeed of the most beautiful ones in Tyre and in Lebanon with magnificent and breathtaking sunsets 🌅 especially from the Terrace. The restaurant and Terrace is great. Delicious menu. Your hamburgers 🍔 could be better and also adding dishes vegetarians would be fabulous. My only feedback to the owners is related to the level of service which should be enhanced and improved. I was having breakfast/brunch and I waited for 45 minutes for my Eggs Benedicts, 20 minutes for my orange juice and cafe. UNbelievable and no apologies from the waiters providing service so my message is to be more mindful of the clients and provide good service. They seemed to be very disorganized. Also, make sure your staff wears masks as well, so you can really comply with COVID19 precautionary methods to stop the spread of the virus. Music selection is great, but I would appreciate that you keep the levels low while people are enjoying their dinner time, otherwise it does feel very uncomfortable and it kills and takes away the whole relaxing atmosphere energy and feeling. I was having dinner with my family and friends and having a good time talking and then the loud music started to play in the middle of our dinner killing our whole experience. It was so sad. Dinner time is dinner time. You can turn on the level of the music after everyone is done with their dinner please. Also, I felt really bad for the neighbors who are living nearby. I was staying in the hotel and could not sleep at all because of the loud music and also thinking that all the things that neighbors have to live through every weekend. It’s disrespectful of the community, especially of the elders who live around and deserve to rest and have a good night sleep. Considering adding glass windows at the terrace that will block the music 🎶 so it doesn’t bother or affect the community around by causing hearing loss with your music. You seem to have a management of innovative, and mindful entrepreneurs whom studied hospitality abroad so I hope that you find a way to do things differently and for the good of everyone. I hope you also care about your hotel guests and not just about your nightclub scene. Thanks for understanding and I hope you take my feedbacks well so your can enjoy a great business and hotel, making good profits but also in benefits of the well-being and safety of all the humans around.

Lovely staff, an owner who has spend some money (and runs a great fish restaurant ' Phenician' as well) and a great seaside location in the Christian quarter of Tyre, what's not to love!? Good breakfast, clean rooms, had a great time!

In the end we had five days here. The rooms are all ultra-modern with designer type fittings. We had booked a standard room which we thought very small for the price. After some discussion we upgraded to a room with a large bacony (two loungers included) overlooking the sea. Even with a big discount this came out expensive at $150, but it was worth it and I guess that you get what you pay for! Breakfast was huge and varied, The Hotel is on the edge of the old port area, which was nice to walk around, clean and safe and....
