Great large room and pool . See the sundown in your own room . The breakfast is full . The gym small and not enough foe many persons . They decorate like colonial style. This hotel far from city and stand alone .

The villa we stayed is so beautiful and impressive seaview. There are many photo spots in resort which are amazing. The service is good. Only thing I don't like is food. The Thai food here is not taste, food serving temperature was not right; example, soup was cold. It's not worth money to pay for.

It’s such a beautiful place but it’s not worth to visit again! Because of “Service mind”. I paid a plenty of money to stay at ya hotel for my vacay!!! Even if Phuket have many hotel to visit.... but i chose ya hotel! At first, I’m really happy that decided to stay at ya hotel because the place is really nice and it’s absolutely true when i were there!!! But the problem is Service and Hygiene!! first, I got a welcome surprise with thai desserts in my room, even though they have a few ants around and i threw some finished in trash but after done room cleaning, they still there in bathroom trash. !!! second, bathtub’s hot water doesn’t working, I informed receptionist more than twice times to complete it “in the next day”. third, I have to request receptionist more than three times to complete swimming pool heat pump. At first, they informed me it take time around 50 minutes. When i wanna use it temperature is changed because of raining as they informed. Ok I understood. But my sister room can’t enjoy even if we requested in the same time..?! fourth, paper napkin on the dressing table is too dirty, it has something seem like fungus. !!! OMG!!! I cannot believe it when i saw!!!! fifth, we have to carry our luggages into the car by ourselves when we gonna left “Self service” even if the staff stand to watch us almost done till my boyfriend ask for helping in the last luggage!! WTF!!! 6 star hotel !!!! Service mind is the most important for hospitality industries, and Hygiene also is important too...!!! โรงแรมสวยแต่รูปจูบไม่หอม... ถ้าปรับปรุงการบริการให้ดีขึ้นได้ น่าจะดีกว่านี้ โรงแรมสวย วิวดี บรรยากาศเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน ความสะอาด :: ทำความสะอาดห้องแล้ว ยังคงมีมด กระดาษเช็ดหน้าที่โต๊ะเครื่องแป้งมีฝุ่น เหมือนราขึ้น :: ควรมีการบริการ จัดการเช็คความสะอาดห้อง ความเรียบร้อยอย่างดี ก่อนแขกเข้าพักเสมอ การบริการ :: ล่าช้า ใช้เวลานานเกินไปในการแก้ไขปัญหา ปัญหาที่ทำน้ำอุ่นอ่างอาบน้ำใช้งานไม่ได้หรือการปรับอุณหภูมิสระน้ำ ไม่ควรให้รอข้ามวัน หรือ โทร.ถามซ้ำหลายรอบ ข้อมูลแขกพัก 100% ควรรู้ก่อนแขกเข้าพัก ควรมีการแพลนจัดการให้ดีกว่านี้ เพราะพนักงานรู้ว่าแขกเยอะ ไม่ใช่เป็นข้ออ้างในการบริการที่แย่ลง :: ยกกระเป๋าขึ้นรถเองเกือบทุกใบ ตอนเช็คเอาท์ พนักงานยืนเฉยๆข้างๆ มองดูแขกยกกระเป๋า จนต้องเรียกให้ช่วยใบสุดท้าย ใช้บริการจอง โรงแรม 3 ห้อง 2 คืน 3 วัน ในราคาที่ไม่ใช่โปร แอพกระเป๋าตังค์ แต่ได้รับการบริการแบบนี้ คือแย่มาก ประทับใจคือความสวยของที่พักเท่านั้น …

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here and everything was perfect. Since we arrived, Mr. Noah, the receptionist gave us a very warm welcome and inform us everythings about the resort. We stayed in room no. 8915 the view was stunning and room was spacious, well decorated, and functional. We love the two showers in bathroom and all amentities in our room was so good. I’d like to recommend this room if you can request. The variety of breakfast wasn’t much but tasted good. We had a chance to had a private dinner by the beach. It was excellent, food was delighted and lovely decoration. Mr. Kevin who took care of us all along the dinner time was helpful and polite. All staff was professional, friendly, and polite.
