We stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is large and clean. The receptionist was welcoming and very friendly. The room was of good size and the bed comfortable. Internet great. The bathroom was fresh. Because they didn't have too many guests, the receptionist actually upgraded our room to a room with a view of the river. Heating worked Perfect. We ate at the hotels' restaurant which had a really great and wide range buffet. I ordered fish to be cooked for myself and my husband selected items he wanted for them to make a personalized pizza. We paid seperately for the meal. Was a great deal considering how good the food was. There is a pool, spa etc. available for guests staying at an extra cost. I can imagine how wonderful it is to stay at this hotel during the summer. Prices were very reasonable too. Thank you all!! Tips: Book the room that has a view of river. :)

We booked a studio with kitchen, super modern and comfortable.
Kitchen equipped with the essentials for small meals, super comfortable mattress and pillows and generally very well decorated and clean.
Staff always friendly and helpful.

Adorámos a nossa estadia neste alojamento do grupo Duna Parque. Super confortável, muito recente e com bom gosto. A limpeza 5 estrelas e todo o staff sempre disponível e amável. Ideal para passar uns dias com a família. Localização central tudo perto, perfeito para passear a pé.

Espaço com tecto baixo, cheiro a mofo e simplesmente impossível de arejar.
Pessoal da limpeza entra no quarto sem autorização, mesmo com a placa à porta.
Tentei advertir a recepção, não surtiu efeito.
Não recomendo, não é confortável e se quer privacidade terá de ter os estores fechados 24/7.
