Let’s start with the good;
Clean, all the facilities you would expect for the price, lovely pool area and great location for the Disney Park. Good selection of tv channels (inc some uk)

Waited forever to check in; there were 5/6 people queuing but instead of serving customer they answered the phones. When they finally serv d people they would stop mid conversation to answer the phone.
