Detailed Reviews
Our family group of 19 stayed in 5 apartments for 7 nights. Great base to visit Potes and the local area with lots to do & see within a short drive. Potes is about a 20 mins walk but there are also couple of bars a few minutes walk away.
Apartments are spacious and more than adequate, there are fantastic communial areas to eat a meal, BBQ or socialise in a big group. There's also a good sized pool, table tennis and short tennis court.
Overall a great place for groups of friends or family.

We travelled as a family - me, my wife and 3 children aged 14,12 and 9 and the dog. We stayed in No 25 a 3 bed apartment with living room/kitchen and balcony. This is part of the old building and the rooms were decorated in a bright rustic style. Facilities were very good with modern cooker, microwave, washing machine and large fridge. There were 2 bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a bath which was very handy as we designated one for the kids.
There are additional communal facilities downstairs should you wish to use the outside barbecue area which we did on a couple of occasions or you are with a larger group. Everything was very clean.
The pool is fabulous with plenty of sun loungers with a stunning mountainous backdrop. The table tennis table is close to the pool as is a tennis court. The resort will lend you bats/racquets.
When we were there it was mostly occupied by Spanish nationals. The owner is very helpful and pleasant but has limited English so bring a phrasebook if you don't speak Spanish. She can provide details of local amenities such as free guided walks in the mountains. There are supermarkets close by as is Potes a lovely old town. However, I would avoid eating in Potes as the 2 restaurants we tried were poor compared to other restaurants in the area.
I would thoroughly recommend it.

We spent 5 days in these apartments, near Potes. The location is perfect to access Picos de Europa and other interesting touristic sites. The place is charming, very clean and comfortable and the hosts gave us a lovely welcome and great advice (where to go for good food, how to get there, best places to visit…).
It has a covered pool (open if the weather is good, closed if some clouds are threatening) that we really were thankful for after the hiking in Picos and also a padel court.
Perfect place for families too. Totally recommend this accommodation. We will definitely return.

Arrived mid afternoon on 9th June with 7 other friends. No persons present at reception. Eventually managed to track down a staff member. There was a language barrier that was not really the staffs fault but we were eventually shown to our apartments which consisted of 2 by 2 bedroom flats. One of the rooms in each was made up as a double . Single beds were requested in each. This was rectified by pulling the beds apart and remaking. We went out the next day and on our return in the evening found that all our personal items had been removed from the properties. We were again unable to easily contact any staff member but when we did were told that everything had been removed to a large house. We went there to find that everything from all 8 of us occupants had been dumped in the middle of the lounge floor. It took sometime to sort out. There were personal medications and ferry tickets , passports etc. Being totally honest I felt violated. However, we sorted out everything. The following morning. We woke at 06.30 to find no electricity in the property. We hunted for a fuse box without success. We then tried to contact a member of staff. The reception was closed so we left a note. We were not contacted until we were on our way out at 10.00 hours. To be shown a fuse board hidden behind a picture
The properties themselves were clean and presentable , in a stunning location near to all amenities but the whole stay was marred by the lack and availability of staff.
I will certainly not be going again

These apartments are very well located at the heart of Picos de Europa.
We got two nice rooms on the highest level, with a very nice view of the mountains and lots of space.
The complex has lots of things to do: tennis, ping-pong, swimming pool, barbecue, etc.
Surely a place to return!

Enclosed site on the hillside above Ojedo and Potes with a refreshing pool and great views along/across open valleys.
Easy walking to local restaurants/shops.
Facilities - our accomodation had sufficient space for relaxing, eating etc but some uncomfortably firm beds. Kitchen equipment not adequate for any adventurous culinary efforts - one small combination microwave/convection/grill oven for a 10-person unit and lack of bowls etc to prepare/serve food.

good for people who like to be out the way. but close enough to the shop bars restaurants. there was free parking for the motor bike's, clean and tidy, but they couldn't speak hardly any English. But why should they.
Would go back

We came to stay here as a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children. The apartment itself is ok not really to my standard quite dated decor and furniture wise the only good thing I could say is that it is very clean. The pool area is pleasant although the pool itself is very very cold even when the sun is on it all day long it's still like an ice bath.
The master bedroom is very uncomfortable heat wise as the only way to ventilate the room is by opening a mini door which leads on to a public path so it cannot be left open whilst the room is unattended so sleeping at night is difficult due to the heat.
The owners only speak Spanish so it is quite difficult to express my unhappiness first hand. We booked to stay here for 7 nights in total and are currently on night 6.
The apartments have lots of communal areas including a games room and tv area and this evening they are hosting a private party in the main communal room. There was no warning of this no communication to guests to pre warn them in advance. It is currently past 1am and we are unable to sleep due to the amount of noise from all the party guests and the loud music. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous and very rude. I have paid over €1000 to stay here I wanted peace and tranquility if I'd wanted to go on a party holiday I would've booked an all inclusive package to Magaluf!!!

This is a great place to base yourself during a stay in the picos de Europa... It has the most amazing views of the range of mountains and has great facilities for a family of 4 with a fab swimming pool which is never too busy... A paddle court, table tennis etc. it is also walking distance to potes although sufficiently far away that you don't feel you are part of the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean and facilities ok..... Only downside is there is no breakfast option and also the wifi connection from apartment 9 is pretty week. A great place to while away the week and also base yourself to explore the mountains and Asturias as well..

Very attractive location with nice grounds and extensive outdoor facilities - big swimming pool, large barbecue area and tennis court. Located within walking distance of Potes and nearby supermarkets.
However, apartment is in need of some attention - shower screen falling off wall, toilet seat broken, drab furnishings. Main disappointment was the high level of noise due to poor sound insulation, outside staircase and tiled floors. Apartment No 8 was very noisy when surrounding apartments were occupied especially at the weekend.
