PHILIPPOS HOTEL APARTMENTS is a charming family-run Aparthotel with studios and one-bedroom apartments located only 150 meters from Episkopos beach and 700 meters from the center and the port of Nikiana. The complex consists of 5 independent buildings surrounding a beautiful flowered garden and old olive trees. There is the main hotel building that includes: a reception, TV lounge, breakfast room, and terrace. The Bungalows building and three residential buildings. Private parking, BBQ facilities, and self-service laundry are available to our guests.

Still here but about to leave for home. From the moment I arrived, George was a fantastic host- were given 2 bottles of water, a bus map with times and info and shown politely to my room. I can see why this apartment hotel gets so many 5 star reviews. Cleanliness and size of room is very good. It may not have a pool. But Is a 2 minute walk to the k beach bar/ beach (which is very nice indeed) The grounds are very nice, but most of all George and family are great hosts.. Location was perfect for me. A short walk into nikiana for restaurants and supermarkets. Short bus ride to Nidri or lefkas town from a very nearby bus stop (the bus stops are only on one side of the road, so if you are going the opposite direction… Stand opposite the bus stop and wave when the bus comes- usually has dot matrix on top left corner showing it’s destination.) It was end of season so not very busy with people (just what I needed tbh) Thanks George and family for making my stay memorable. Was very nice to meet/ talk with you during my stay. Lefkas is a very beautiful island, easy to get around on the bus or by car/moped/quad. And there are companies that hire bikes and do guided tours.. I travelled on the 26th - 3rd October with my partner and was completely blown away in how beautiful the apartments and hotel were. We were greeted by both owners who were so kind and caring from the start who made us feel completely welcome into there gorgeous home. We were given a choice of 3 rooms which were all lovely in there own way. We decided on the apartment away from the hotel which had a beautiful balcony where we could sit and relax and look over the beautiful garden the owners had created. The rooms were spacious and very clean and we’re cleaned on a daily basis. We will certainly be returning next year and probably for many more years to come. My daughter and I have just returned from this wonderful place. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and we only had to ask and were given anything we needed. The location was perfect just 2 minutes from the beach and Georges recommended the best restaurant in Nikiana which we loved so much we kept going back. Lefkada is a beautiful island which we enjoyed exploring in our hire car. We will definitely be back! Debbie and Chloe Gee

You will not be disappointed if you book here. Georges who runs this place, is so kind, relaxed and welcoming. he is also really helpful with all your needs. The apartment comes with air con, and a small kitchen. ours even had 3 balconies. it also has a car park to the rear. Even better, the beach is only 200m away, perfectly quiet with ultra clear sea, and a K snak bar on the beach. Only 10 / 15 mins away from the busy tourist resort of Nidri. but we prefer Nikiana which is just a few mins down the road.

Nice airconditioned apartment, spotlessly clean and with all the facilities we needed. Jorge is the most helpful manager you could hope to meet and very welcoming. The apartment was 2 minutes walk from a nice, smaller, pebbly beach that gets busy but not crowded. The town with plenty, family oriented bars and restaurants, is again busy, but not crowded and is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the apartments. Larger towns of Lefkas and Nydri are around 15 Euros by taxi in opposite directions and worth a visit or two. There is also a bus service running just outside the apartments which is reasonably reliable

We had an amazing week at Philippos. Our apartment was spotlessly clean with an enormous balcony overlooking the lovely gardens where you could just while away the hours. George organized a rental scooter for us, which we used to explore the whole island. Highly recommended.

Just back from a fantastic week in Nikiana can not praise the accommodation and owner high enough great rooms great air con with rooms not lacking for anything George the owner always discreetly on hand with any information and help required about anything a ten minute walk away from Nikiana ( on the flat 😃) and 200 meters from a nice beach and beach bar

We stayed here during May half term for a "cheap and cheerful" break. For the price we paid we were not expecting much however we could not have planned a better holiday. We were greeted at the gate by George with a warm and friendly welcome, he then showed us our apartment and explained everything from how the oven works to what mosquito tablets to purchase for the plug ins. We always stay self catering and have never had this level of service anywhere else. He also informed us he would provide us with some knowledge of the island once we had settled in and after a lovely chat, a map and ots of recommendations for restaurants, best beaches, boat hite etc. we set off to find all these gems over the week. The apartments was clean and well maintained throughout our stay and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Great customer service at every turn and beautiful gardens too. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Usually we like to try as many new places as possible and do not return to the same place twice but the whole family have agreed we would come back here in a heart beat. Our holiday in Nikiana could have been remembered for all the wrong reasons. When I became ill with Covid on our first day and ended up in hospital for four, it could have been such a bad experience. However, Giorgos, the owner changed all that. He acted so willingly as a link between myself, our daughters and my husband and on my release gave us a larger apartment so that we could continue my self isolation. Both apartments we had were immaculately clean, well equipped and comfortable and the grounds of the complex are beautiful, with lovely flowers and lawns. Breakfast can be taken in the main building and is more than generous and all the staff have a friendly, welcoming manner. It is a two minute walk from the apartments to a stunning, pebble beach with amazing views across the bay and to the hills behind Nikiana. Our memories of Philippos, and in particular of Giorgos and his kindness, are magical and we certainly hope to return - without drama next time!…

Just back from a fantastic stay at Philippos. They couldn’t have been kinder and the apartments were delightful. We were in a lovely apartment but on the first night on our return from a restaurant we were met by the owner who informed us there was a problem with the electricity and that he would move us to another apartment. At first we were reluctant to move as we were delighted with the apartment we had but the second apartment was just as good if not better. They went out of their way to help and were keen to ensure that everything was ok. It was more than ok. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. Breakfast at only 6 euros was a feast that we could not finish as there was so much put in front of us. Bus stop close by. Beach a little walk across the road. All together delightful.
