Friendly small hotel just off of main road. Stayed in the annex rooms, with kitchen. Word of warning, these back onto main road and commercial bins emptied every morning at 7am. Had mezzanine area but very steep narrow steps, we slept downstairs. Beds not the most comfortable, very hard. Breakfast lovely, owner friendly, nice pool and pool bar. Spotlessly clean. Eating out, breath of zorba, lovely salad, perfect views.

We arrived at the Eleana Hotel after a long trip touring Greece, and on our way back to Athens. Our only regret was that we spend there only one night. What a pity. The location is convenient, served by an elevator. Although close to the main road it is very quiet. Our room was spacious, spotless clean and had a balcony. Irini’s, our hostess, heartwarming welcome was indeed a lovely gesture. Irini is very friendly, patient, efficient and her tips and recommendations were always helpful. The generous and tasty breakfast had many options to choose from. The price was unbeatable! Visiting Lefkada and looking for an appropriate guesthouse for a night or more? Modern clean stylish hotel close to Nikiana harbour . Our superior studio was super clean and comfy and fitted to high standard, nice kitchen area & balcony overlooking pool with daily maid service, All staff at the hotel were polite, friendly & helpful, the pool was cool& clean, the lifts very efficient. Breakfast was simple & reasonably adequate. Close to Nikiana harbour with its small selection of restaurants & the public beach . Great for a short stay with option of self-catering as the resort itself is lacking in bars & restaurants .

Me and my family stayed in this hotel this August. The room was spacious but very basic as expected in a 3 star hotel. We had a triple room. My kid had to sleep in a fold out bed which broke on the second night. It was replaced with an even worse bed where it was impossible to sleep on. So the kid slept with us and we didnt get the rest we needed on our vacation Pros: Nice pool Friendly barman at the pool Nice cleaning ladies Cons: Wifi extremely slow to non existent at the rooms! It was better at the pool Airconditioning stopped two nights in a row Not enough sunbeds (just 12 for the whole hotel) Our bathroom shower didnt have a curtain nor a glass, so after showering the whole room became a swimming pool The bathroom shelf and the showerhead stand were both broken

Just returned home from this wonderful hotel. Great place to stay Beautifully clean ,Lovely breakfast ,Fabulous pool . The staff are so helpful, freindly and caring. Great location 2 minute walk from the beach plenty to see and easy base to explore this lovely island. The whole place has a calm and chilled vibe which is Special ,we will be back and recommend you choose the Eleana for a peaceful break. Huge thanks to Irini and Madeline and Edwardo.

This hotel is a real gem, small and perfectly formed. The rooms, public areas and pool are all spotlessly clean. The hotel is close to a small beach and there are several good tavernas within easy walking distance. The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Irini and Madelena are especially lovely, suggesting places to visit, organising taxis and car hire. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

So we returned to Hotel Eleana after approx 12 years, with our son for a week's break. Room which was an annex with mezzanine level was spacious and clean. Excellent room service each day for cleaning. Large balcony area. Elena was very helpful when we wanted to go visit Nidri by taxi and persevered until she obtained one for us. Hotel is still very nice, and plentiful options for breakfast. Constructive criticism: Not enough sunbeds for number of clients staying at hotel. Inevitably also there were people putting out towels on sunbeds, even though they were not using them for hours. Maybe Management can consider this issue. It is Greece - not Benidorm! Customers do not need to put towels out - be considerate to your fellow holidaymakers!…

I have recently returned from this great little hotel. The location is excellent, only a few minutes from the beach and taverners. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was a decent size and had a nice big balcony. Everything was very clean, and the room was cleaned everyday. The pool was lovely and very relaxing. The breakfast was very nice, lots of fresh produce and decent coffee. I would definitely return.
