Holiday Inn is a beautiful property with direct access to Mobor beach. Food spread was excellent with a wide variety available at every meal. Staff is polite and professional. Kids play area is well-maintained. We enjoyed the dolphin ride early morning and could spot several dolphins. The pool, although small, is clean. The room we stayed in did not have any particular view. It was clean but smaller than what was expected. The 'Beach Grill' had good food with live music. The beach is very clean having many shacks to chill at sunset.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Mobor Beach, Cavelossim, Goa, from March 31st till 7th April 2023. We came here to celebrate my Auntie's 70th Birthday. The photos on the website are exactly how it is. Fabulous hotel situated in beautiful grounds with a large private beach with a stunning beach bar to watch the amazing sunsets over a margarita or two ! I choose this hotel because it looked like it would be easy for my aunt to get around due to mobility issues. It was perfect & exceeded all our expectations. There are lifts where needed & everything is accessible on foot & all the paths are wheelchair friendly. We even had full access to a wheelchair throughout our stay. Every member of staff were phenomenally helpful & went out of their way to help us in every which way we needed. I sent an email requesting a quiet ground floor room close enough to the restaurant but far enough away from any noise etc. We were given Room 168. Wow ! What a perfect Room. It had a beautiful outlook & was quiet & only 3 minutes to the Zest Cafe where we had our breakfast & dinner each day. I have to thank Fatima Mascarenhas for this as she provided exactly what I asked for. So thank you very much Fatima. It made our stay to have such a perfect Room. The hotel provided an airport pick up & that service was amazing. Tushar who organises the airport picks up etc was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about various tours etc & arranged them for us as well. His service, knowledge was much appreciated & did everything we needed with ease & a smile. The reception staff are phenomenal too.We had a warm friendly welcome from Peevania & Sisay. Peevania went out of her way to make sure we were happy with everything & even on our departure she said goodbye personally & made sure right to the end that we were happy & well looked after. Whenever I came to the reception desk she was always so helpful , kind & everything done with a smile. Sisay was amazing too. She organised for us to attend Sunday Mass with transport & everything. Both Peevania & Sisay also were extremely helpful in printing out our travel documents for our departure. If only every hotel had Reception staff like this, the world of holidays would be so wonderful. Its the Reception Staff at front of house that really make a holiday. Be proud to have such Amazing staff. Prapti & Vinitha were also super amazing. Vinitha kindly organised flowers & cake sent by my aunts friend for her birthday. It was lovely for my aunt to come into our Room to see the delightful cake & flowers. Thank you Vinitha. We enjoyed drinks in the lobby served by Rahat & Shane. Their knowledge of cocktails were amazing & service was also amazing. The Zest Cafe exceeded all our expectations on every level, from the amazing variety of foods at every breakfast & dinner each day to the phenomenal staff. On our first night we were greeted by Shekhar. He understood our needs from the start & consistently made sure at every sitting we were looked after well. My aunt with mobility issues was treated like a queen. Every member of staff was superbly attentive & went out of their way to help us in any & every way they could. Apart from the amazing service from Shekhar, we also received exceptional service from Vasu, Praveen, Sujay & Manoj, every one of them went out of their way to provide everything we needed all with a smile always & each & everytime. Anthony & all the staff at the live counters provided delicious food every time & Anthony made sure what we ordered was perfect & it was. The pastry Chefs Sonal & Clarissa were phenomenally attentive, always coming over every breakfast to make sure we were happy with everything. Rohini, Alisha, Molry, Nikhata to name a few were super amazing as well. Their care & attentiveness to us was exceptional & super amazing. Jonty & Presto were superb too , always smiling & very very helpful in every way. For all the wonderful & amazing staff whose names we couldn't remember , we like to thank you for your service too. Everyone one of them took the time & care to make sure we were happy with everything provided through out our stay. Amazing Amazing Service. On my Auntie's 70th at breakfast she was surprised by a lovely cake slice beautiful decorated & presented by Shekhar and Sonal. My aunty was thrilled with this wonderful kind suprise ! Amazing. We also went to the Fig & Olive for lunch on her birthday to be greeted by Agnelo. He was very keen to make sure the lunch was special & he did make it very special. He too surprised my Aunty with a cake & he & his team sang to her. The food was good too. Everyone who served us that day was amazing too ! Shekhar was very helpful also with organising the Beach Dinner for my Auntie's 70th. He was very keen to make it perfect & he did. He even came in person to wish her at the Beach & went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Toni attended our every need & looked after us so well. He was amazing. Sonal also came to wish my Aunt which was very kind of her & we appreciated that very much. We enjoyed many a relaxing evening at The Beach Bar watching the beautiful sunsets, being served cocktails by Varun, Bevan, Siddish, Amish & Toni. Varun prepared our cocktails to perfection ! What amazing service they all provided. Last but not least to mention our room. Delito cleaned our room so beautifully each day. It was spotless every day. We had plenty of bottled water & tea etc. Any requests made to Tanuja & Estella was dealt with immediately. They went out of their way to make sure each day we were happy with our room , always with wonderful smiles & eagerness to make sure our room was perfect. Delito , Tanuja & Estella are the Dream Team ! It's all the staff at this Beautiful Hotel that really made our holiday perfect. What makes a hotel truly amazing is the staff. I've travelled all over the world & stayed in many hotels, but this hotel with their exceptional staff at every level is what makes this hotel Phenomenal. We really appreciate all the care, kindness & attentiveness we received consistently every day from every member of staff through out our stay. The check in happened very smoothly. Thanks to the whole staff of Front office. Stay and the service provided by the hotels are great all requests were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Food was amazing specially the veg items. Location is beautiful & rooms are spacious.

Awesome place for kids and family. Great staff at kids activity center. Miss Deepa and Jagdish have done lots of activities with kids all the day. Easy and walkable beach access from the resort. Food is delicious and super clean ambience. Must recommend for everyone. You will get everything at one place.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Staff is very kind and helpful. They really do make you feel special. We were looked after really well. The property is top class. Very neat and clean with a private access to a very neat beach. Food served was beyond our expectations. Breakfast had many options. However, the landscaping is surely the highlight of property. Very well maintained and beautifully laid gardens. The hedges are perfectly trimmed. One hundred percent staying with you guys whenever we will visit South Goa.
