New restaurant recommended by our hotel. Good food but not outstanding. Fish dishes were average in quality. Gnocchi was very good. Service was very good and a pleasant atmosphere. Modern décor and not very busy on a week night. Would say to try it but not the top of our list.

It´s a normal hotel but is not what we used to for a modern hotel. Is well located and near restaurants / bars and few blocks away from the beach. The lobby is modern and inviting but the reception team could be less frosty. One of your male receptionists is not very friendly at all. I approached the desk asking for some information about places to visit and about your own restaurant and he was very snappy and curt. The room we booked was okay, altough we were expecting more from this hotel in general. The TV could do more with english channels too which in my option was very limited. The hotel in general looks tired (exceptions of lobby and restaurant) I think the public areas of the hotel should be updated since its getting old. Unfortunately I have to be honest and provide a negative review of my recent stay at Slaviero Conceptual Brut. Any conceptual hotel should pay attention to small details, which make the big difference and actually allow it to be self defined as a conceptual hotel, mainly by being perceived as such by the guests. The price was okayish, however, the wow factor (if any) we encountered didn´t match the price. Where is the differentiation the Conceptual Brut claims to provide? Could not find any. We wanted to use the spa facilities, but the spa itself was never manned. and the sauna switched off. We dont mind paying for the perks, but I feel like we paid a lot for basics. The swimming pool was often crowded with teenagers who were loud and under age drinking. it looked like you had a large number of south american groups and students staying. Our jacuzzi was a nice feature to our room but the daily garbage thrown by your guests in higher floors turned us off using it. Everyday there were things thrown from socks, cigarettes buds to cotton buds etc. On a positive note, we had lunch at your restaurant which was limited but nice and your breakfast serves a variety of options and the green smoothies were the best and very fresh! In general, there are lots of areas for improvement required.…

Unfortunately I have to be honest and provide a negative review of my staying at Slaviero Conceptual Brut. Any conceptual hotel should pay attention to small details, which make the big difference and actually allow it to be self defined as a conceptual hotel to, mainly, being perceived as such by the guests. The price was very elegant, R$ 465,00 a day. However, the value we encountered didn´t match the price. Parking is not included in this price, room is extremely small and the bathroom has no ventilation. It had a funny odor and the internal exhaustion system was barely working. Definitely not enough. Also, the quality of the shower towels were poor. Found the same at hotels like Slaviero Slim or Ibis Budget. Bed linen and pillows were fine. But only one pillow per person was provided. Can´t understand it. Where is the differentiation the Conceptual Brut claims to provide? Could not find any. The swimming pool needs special attention as well. It´s too small. Therefore, the water gets dirty more frequently and there wasn´t any employee around looking for it. We wanted to use the facilities, but the water was visibly dirty and we gave up. We don´t mind to pay for good service, but we feel like we paid a lot for basics... same service we could have found and a low budget hotel. During the breakfast, we asked the waiter if there was black coffee included in the buffet as we didn´t find it. He said "yes, but we bring it fresh to the table". It was good. Then I asked if the black coffee could be espresso. He confirmed that it could and brought it to us. When we left the restaurant, another employee came after us and asked to sign a bill. By noticing our face expressing surprise, he explained that the espresso is charged separately. We know he didn´t it on purpose, but we felt cheated. The waiters should be oriented to tell the guests what is included and what is not. Shouldn´t be that hard. Besides the overall experience was negative, we asked for a late checkout at 14h00 and we were promptly attended. It helped us to organize our way back to the Joinville airport.…

Two blocks away from the shore in a safe neigbhborhood, Slaviero is a brand new hotel, modern (Philippe Starck style) and comfortable, small but clean room, heating and cool air. Nice modern bathroom, great shower. Parking is next door and charged extra.

Very tastefully decorated and clean! The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. The rooms were nice and clean, a tad small but I think most people who go to Balneário Camboriu are not there to stay in all day anyway... breakfast buffet was always like a feast with both healthy and "not so healthy" choices. For the guests there's a dinner special "all you can eat" (tastefully done!) buffet for a bargain of 35 Reais (10 €) per person at the time I was there. The swimming pool is a bit small and the hotel is not directly by the ocean but nothing that a 5 minute walk to the beach can't fix. There are also other restaurants and grocerie store just around the corner. I had a great time at the hotel and look forward to going back there soon!

Its a very modern hotel with small but good rooms with good beds and nice bathroom. Great breakfast. Parking is charged extra and could have a better price for guests But in general is a very good hotel only a couple blocks from the beach and one block from all kind of shopping stores

While here with my girlfriend I needed to work for a few days. I spend a lot of time on the phone, so I brought my Internet (Ooma) telephone, which I really hoped would work. Thanks to some extremely kind and attentive staff, they got me up and running in their conference room in less than 30 minutes. It took bypassing an Internet firewall to do, and they did it quickly and without any issues. These people are terrific! Also, when we first arrived, we found the closet much too small to keep our clothes in. We talked to the front desk, and within minutes we were given a new, larger room. The room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast very good, the bar/restaurant very chic, the location is very convenient, and as I said, the staff is great. Stayed for a couple of nights and found hotel to be great value and good location. It is just off the beach front so it is a little quieter. But the beach is only a five min walk from the hotel. Room was good size and bed was very comfortable. I had a hot tub on my own private decking area, the only down side was the hot tub was not clean, there was a ring round it! The food was good, standard buffet fayre. The lifts are a nightmare, only two and they have a mind of their own! You can loose time in those. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. All in all great little place and would go back

As our jacuzzi at the balcony in the rooms is outdoors and as we are in a tropical country where it rains and winds a lot it is almost imposible to keep the balcony free of leaves, etc. But we have a 24/7 room service at your disposal. Don't hesitate to contact us anytime you need cleaning service. About the elevators, they are new ones and very modern and we have never had complaints about it so far, but we are going to double check the system with the service provider. I cannot find a bad thing to say about this hotel. My partner and I (both life and business) stayed here on a business trip in Mid November. The staff was incredibly friendly, they spoke perfect English and treated us so well. We were impressed with everything about the hotel from its beautiful interior to the spotless room. We held a meeting in one of the meeting rooms and our clients were very happy with everything. We will most definitely stay here on our next visit back to BC.
