Hotel 15 minutes from the central beach, quiet place, wonderful view of Taquaras beach. Attentive staff, cleanliness and ok breakfast. For lunch we have 2 nearby restaurants on the sand, such as Taquaras and Das Antiga, in addition to the hotel restaurant. Better to rent the car. Uber works well during the day. At night it's more difficult.

I loved what is perhaps a weak point for other guests, the location "outside" of downtown BC. As the name suggests, Reserva... more reserved, quiet place, has access to the beach in front of the hotel, super quiet and not at all crowded when we went. It has two outdoor pools, one with a beautiful infinity edge, and also a third heated pool. In 10 minutes by car you reach the center. Strong Wi-Fi, private parking included in the rate and delicious breakfast. I would definitely come back.

We stayed in September for 5 days. The hotel is charming and the location is incredible. The facilities, room (mountain view) and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast is standard for most hotels and I found it very limited. The a la carte menu is varied, but the food leaves something to be desired. It's not tasty and lacks seasoning! A shame, because sometimes we wanted to stay at the hotel to eat, but the food was not attractive.
The staff is very friendly, André at reception is very attentive. I would definitely come back. A different menu would be appreciated, as there are almost no options near the hotel!!

Starting with The first time I have called to hotel and the receptionist Igor was very unprofessional and he wanted to take advantage above me over the phone . Thanks I have called to booking.com and Aline (the customer service ) was very helpful to charge only the just amount. Do not like Igor. When we arrived to the reception, Andre was very polite and servicer …. But any other thing wasn’t good. We came to the room, there was a fake photo, very, very , very small room … the price was very very high … only we are allow to watch 8 Chanels on Tv only and was in in English, my sister only speak Portuguese the (Brazil Lenguafe) Only two film Chanel and in English both. Is not fear if thr hotel is Brazilian the other six Chanel is globo… many people do not like globo now…. So we came dow to relax …make a simple trip….the goods was the breakfast and view upstairs at 2nd floor.

It has everything to be great, but it's bad! The hotel is very beautiful, it has structure, the rooms are clean, but it is disappointing! Apathetic, lazy employees. The breakfast is one of the worst I've ever seen! Stale French bread, hard and dry scrambled eggs, few fruit and cake options for breakfast. Besides, they don't clean up the leftover crumbs that remain on the tables, from those who use it beforehand. The restaurant's food is terrible. The risotto looks like a tasteless porridge, white, strange, like hospital food. Ceviche is expensive and comes in very little, but it just tastes like a lot of lemon! In the pool area, the waiters don't make a point of showing up to serve you... and when they do, they look lazy and don't collect the plates and cutlery from the tables... what a sad hotel! Hotel crowded, but they don't make a point of pleasing the guest. I was there a few years ago and the energy was different! Oh! And the restaurant too! Where is the owner???? The kitchen chef needs to be changed, the waiters need to be alerted, all the guests are commenting. The restaurant was great! I was disappointed! Not to say that everything is terrible, the fish bait is seasoned and tasty! They don't care! Everyone there is unmotivated to work! Oh! There was a rotten item for breakfast, I complained to the waitress that it was time and she didn't even apologize! I find this disrespectful, as well as serious! Breakfast at the corner bakery is tastier! There's more: the gym area is ridiculous! It has 3 old devices, destroyed by the sea air! They don't play a song in the pool area!

I booked two apartments for two couples from 06 to 08/10/2023 for tourism in Camboriú and going to Oktoberfest. When I was with my family in the Curitiba region, several warnings about extreme weather events were issued in SC, advising against traveling. I called the hotel the day before booking explaining the situation and asking for a partial refund or voucher for later use. There was hail in Camboriú, flooding in Floripa and Blumenau, suspension of Oktoberfest, partial blockage of the Curitiba/SC road on the way down the mountain; large traffic jams and retentions. Even so, the hotel did not accept the cancellation or advance of reservations; retained more than R$1,600 without providing any service, appeared insensitive and incapable of understanding the emergency situation. The hotel does not deserve any positive mention.

Far from the center of Camboriú, the hotel is located in a privileged area between the sea and the mountains of the Atlantic Forest. It could be a paradise but... There is something wrong with the hotel staff. The impression that remains is that the owner handed over the administration to a brother-in-law who doesn't understand anything about hotels. The employees are sad, apathetic and visibly unprepared for their work. It has a good structure but is underutilized. The restaurant is terrible. Tasteless food and missing items, as well as cold service. It appears that there is a gym, however, there are 4 old machines that don't work in the games room along with the playground. Look at the inconsistency: games room, children's space and gym equipment all mixed together. It has 2 swimming pools and none are heated. The wet bar remains abandoned, unused. Because the hotel is located far from the city, it should offer some entertainment to guests. But there's absolutely nothing. Pure boredom. Mediocre breakfast. It seems like they're serving what's left over from the previous week. Nothing pleasant. Bathroom in the suite without window and without extractor fan. A bomb! Plastic bins with manual lids - where is VISA? Anyway, I don't recommend it. It's a shame because the place is beautiful but totally neglected

Good afternoon, yesterday I made two hotel reservations and my surprises after being charged and everything tells me that my reservation is pending confirmation and I call and they tell me that they are waiting to confirm because they do not know if there is availability but nevertheless they tell me that there is Maybe the price I paid will go up. My question is if there is more expensive availability because they don't respect mine at the price I paid. I go to the page and it lets me book at another more expensive price. Their response after calling 3 times is that I have to wait and that I will surely have to pay more if I want it. Out of shame catch it

Total disappointment. Reception staff rude and inflexible. It was a struggle to get the invoice for the stay (it was still wrong). I needed to reduce 2 days of our stay in advance and the hotel refused to refund the daily rate. Despite the good structure and privileged location, the hotel is very poorly managed. A feather. I do not recommend.

The hotel is small, clean, the room is good and the view of the Atlantic forest and the sea is spectacular, but the hotel could be much better. The staff are sad and apathetic, without any friendliness. The breakfast seems to make use of leftovers from the other day, there is nothing appetizing, it is difficult to eat what is served for more than 3 days, the leisure area is next to the gym or what it should be, there are 4 devices that are not work. The restaurant's food has no taste at all. The hotel is quite far from the center and at night the surroundings are deserted.
