Starting with The first time I have called to hotel and the receptionist Igor was very unprofessional and he wanted to take advantage above me over the phone . Thanks I have called to booking.com and Aline (the customer service ) was very helpful to charge only the just amount. Do not like Igor. When we arrived to the reception, Andre was very polite and servicer …. But any other thing wasn’t good. We came to the room, there was a fake photo, very, very , very small room … the price was very very high … only we are allow to watch 8 Chanels on Tv only and was in in English, my sister only speak Portuguese the (Brazil Lenguafe) Only two film Chanel and in English both. Is not fear if thr hotel is Brazilian the other six Chanel is globo… many people do not like globo now…. So we came dow to relax …make a simple trip….the goods was the breakfast and view upstairs at 2nd floor.…

Reserva is located just across the road from a beautiful beach. We wanted to stay close enough to Camboriu but out of the chaos and this hotel fit the bill. Friendly and efficient staff with good service. Housekeeping was very good. The only fault I could find was the lack of charging outlets in the room. Only one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. Nothing bedside. The king bed was comfortable. Overall, we'll be back.

The hotel was small and intimate. All spaces were used to the maximum there was no waste here. Our room was lovely with a small balcony but no chairs? There were two pools, one at ground level and the other on rooftop. Staff were lovely and the secure parking was a bonus! Would love to stay here again and again!

Not on the beach, but in this area no hotels are. It is about a 4-5 minute walk to get on the beach, so quite reasonable. The beach almost seems like it is a private beach once you are there. Very different feel than the hotels that are located in the city center, much better I believe. Hotel has a rooftop pool, infinity style, nice pool on the ground floor as well with a neat little bar, with swim up access for the pool. Game room available as well for recreation, pool table, football and a few other games. Breakfast is included. A little more costly than I would expect in Brazil but it would be a good couple's get away.

We had a great time. Located in a calm and wild beach, the hotel is the perfect choice for travelers willing to relax and enjoy nature. Along the road that may take you to Itapema beach or Camboriu beach, there are some very good places to eat. My favorite spot is Recanto do Fabio, where you can fine dine seafood such as octopus, lobster or squid.

The hotel is very cozy, rooms are nice and have some stunning views, there is a pool in the rooftop that will leave you amazed with its view, staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is OK. You won't be disappointed with this hotel

We are a thirty something couple from north America. This hotel was a place that became our home away. Its located on the taquarsas beach. A soft sand beach. And at the back is the mata Atlantica. So its not in the heart of the city. With that its better for sleeping. And going to the less crowed beaches. Stayed 4 nights. Great staff. The room we had was on the top or 2nd floor and has a great veiw of the ocean. Its interesting architecture and new style in the bathroom. Cool sinks. Nice shower. The bed is pillow top king size. The tv had no english channels, but we preferred to use the roof top pool anyways. We are also naturalists and praia do pinho is over the next hill. Thats a great beach too! Love this hotel.

If you want to go to Balneario Camboriú and also relax, this hotel is great, because it is located at Taquaras beach, a calm oasis that is not far from the city center. I went there during the winter, so it was cold and I couldn't enjoy the pool or the beach that much.
