We stayed here for four days with our two young children. This was the best experience! The staff are unbelievably friendly. The cleaning crew left little treats for our kids, the front desk knew them by name, and everywhere we went people were so kind and nice. We really do not have words to express how great this hotel is. The rooms are so clean, the breakfast is delicious, the location is phenomenal, and the pool is amazing and so warm. We were sad to leave!

Location is very convenient, close to Balneario's Central beach, Atlântico Mall, with restaurant and shopping areas nearby. This was my second stay at this hotel in a very short period. First time was terrible, with little roaches appearing every day and a somewhat decadent room. Friendly staff made up for it though and I've decided to give it a second chance and got a new booking a few weeks later. This time I got a top floor apartment, which was better furnished and silent. Elevators are too slow and this can become a pain, if you are in a hurry. Staff is actually very friendly, EXCEPT for one not-that-gentleman receptionist who kept ringing my apartment every 15 minutes to tell me I should dismiss my visiting friend, even though he asked me three times and I confirmed I was the only guest. He also charger a second occupant to my room. Such policy is not written anywhere, and, to my knowledge, is illegal. The manager solved this, but it killed my will to return.…

Lucky if you get the view to Christ. I was and enjoyed using my longer range zoom. Fairly good room with bigger size bed. Good breakfast and wifi. Closer to the beach. Bathroom cleanliness levels not of the mark of a 3 star hotel. A/c works fine

A good deal Hotel to stay at Balneario Camboriu. Good price and good service. Very close to the beach, mall and restaurants. Very well centered. teh room was very clean and the Breakfast was good. There were parking lot.
