I got a room with to separate beds but the beds were so small that it was uncomfortable. The rest was great. Great service, breakfast and location. The wifi was not that good but it worked. It has a swimming pool and a game room. It is located in a quiet street.

plenty of things to do in the hotel pool, spa, table tennis and pool tables to mention a few. the area has a lot going for it quiet but around the corner from shopping centre and restaurants. The staff were very helpful.

I would give this hotel a 5 rating but for the noise. Very helpful reception staff.They helped me arrange a day trip to Blumenau.Also when a late check out was not possible as Hotel was full they helped me with luggage storage and option to use pool shower and toilet facilities. Room was large. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is very central , close to shops,supermarket and beach/restaurants.Everything is within a 5 minute walk. The big problem is noise from people in the corridor and rooms above. Hotel needs to look at investing in wall insulation to make the rooms quieter.

The hotel is in the heart of the city and it has very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is very good too and staff member are very friendly. It is walking distance to the beach and to all kinds of restaurants.

Firstly this is a 3 star, town centre hotel in a busy but very attractive resort. Set your expectations accordingly. It is very compact and the rooms are not big, but they are cleaned spotlessly every day. A decent price for what you get and the location is about 600m from the fabulous beach. A bit noisy at night but don't let that put you off. There is a small indoor swimming pool and small gymnasium, both of which are adequate and included in the price. 2 things make your stay very enjoyable:- firstly the staff are all wonderful and make the extra effort to ensure your stay is pleasurable. A couple of them speak English. We had an unforseen problem with our room on arrival, the staff dealt with this immediately and without any fuss whatsoever. Despite being fully booked we were given an emergency replacement room and had help with moving our luggage and belongings. Secondly the breakfast is fantastic - gorgeous fresh fruits, mouth-watering home-made cakes, selection of cereals, oats and seeds, cheeses, hams, fresh bread and a cooked option to supplement.
