Camboriu Praia Hotel has a great location, close to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants to meet any traveler's needs. Stayed for 2 nights and the room was spacious, breakfast buffet was complete. The shower was great and overall cleanliness met standards. Special Thanks to Adolfo and Alessandra for their assitance during my trip.

We stayed here with Team USA for an event and found the staff to be helpful. The staff spoke some English. We loved the hotel location. Walking to the beach was easy. However, the rooms are small, beds low, but yet very comfortable. We would stay there again because the price was very affordable. We believe that when you are in Balneario Camboriu, you should enjoy the city and the amazing beach; not be in your room anyway. Breakfast was average, but coffee was great.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in the off season. We got a good deal on Viagens Coletivas. To be honest, we weren't expecting much. And that's exactly what we got. The rooms are plain and spartan. Our room did not have a chair. Although only one block from the beach, the hotel is on the busy and noisy Avenida Brasil. The staff tries hard, and most are young and enthusiastic. The thing we liked best about our room was the shower - excellent water pressure and very hot. Some of the drawbacks border on the absurd. First, we tried seven times to make a reservation before we were able to do so. The contact form on the web site apparently does not go to an email account that is monitored because we never received a response. And every time we called, either it was not the correct time to make a reservation or the reservation person wasn't there or something else. The parking is also somewhat ridiculous. There is a garage in the hotel, which can only accomodate a certain number of cars. If the garage is full, you have to park in a private lot a couple blocks away that the hotel contracts with. And there is only one remote control to open the gate. So if someone else takes the remote to go park their car or get their car, you have to wait for the remote to come back to have access to the garage. While the remote is out, you are stuck. Good thing we weren't in a hurry. Even with the 50% discount that we got, this place wasn't worth it.…
